And one of these recipes is zucchini cake with cheese and mayonnaise. I make this snack in the form of a cake, for which I don’t fry separate cake layers with flour, but I make the preparation much easier by simply baking zucchini circles, and then “assembling” the cake itself from them. It seems to me that this is not only faster, but also much more useful.

    Despite the simplicity of preparation, this zucchini cake turns out quickly and tasty. Of course, cheese, garlic and mayonnaise go well with baked zucchini. Let's cook? 🙂


    Ingredients:

    • Zucchini – 2-3 pcs.
    • or from - 4-5 tbsp.
    • Garlic – 3-5 cloves
    • Dill - a couple of sprigs
    • Cheese – 200 g

    I cut the zucchini into circles about 0.5 cm thick.


    Grease a baking tray with a little oil and lay out the mugs. I got 3 layers - I added salt to each of them.


    I put a baking sheet in the oven and baked the mugs for half an hour at 180.

    We will need:

    • zucchini-650 g
    • eggs - 2 pcs.
    • flour-4 tbsp

    Cooking method:

    Important! Instead of oatmeal, you can use buckwheat flour, or grind the buckwheat until it becomes flour.

    5. Drop a spoonful of vegetable oil into the frying pan, spread it over the surface, fry the pancakes in the frying pan on both sides with the lid closed.

    1. Let's prepare the filling. To do this, fry chopped mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil. Salt and pepper according to your taste.
    2. To avoid the appearance of an unpleasant film, fry the minced meat a little, then combine it with rice that has already been half-cooked. Lightly salt and pepper – remember that other components will also be seasoned, so don’t overdo it.
    3. Cut the tomatoes into circles.
    4. Now attention! According to this recipe, zucchini must be cut into slices - thin strips. It is convenient to use a vegetable peeler for this. The thickness of each slice is about 2-3 mm. The leaves should bend well.
    5. Place the zucchini in an overlapping baking dish. We leave one edge free - we will use it to cover our dish from above. Season with salt and pepper so that the zucchini does not turn out bland.
    6. Place minced meat and rice in the middle.
    7. Now it's zucchini again. For the middle layer, the slices can be halved in length.
