    I bring to your attention a recipe for wonderful little pies. Despite the fact that they are based on yeast dough, they will take very little time to prepare. The point is that you don’t need to wait for the dough to rise. Knead it and you can immediately start making and baking pies. In addition, this dish has many more undeniable advantages. The pies turn out airy, flaky, melting in your mouth. You can make any filling according to your taste. I have meat, so these pies go well with tea, coffee, or any first course instead of bread. So, let's get ready. For this we need the following products: milk, butter, dry yeast, salt, sugar, flour, egg yolk, boiled meat (I used chicken), boiled egg, sunflower oil.

    Preparing the filling for the pies. Peel the onions, wash them and chop them finely. Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and add chopped onion. Lightly fry.

    We chop any boiled meat (I used chicken) and a boiled egg. Add fried onions, salt to taste and stir. The filling for the pies is ready.

    Prepare the dough. Melt the butter in the microwave or on a regular stove. Add warm milk. This mixture should not be hot.

    Place sugar and dry yeast in a bowl with melted butter and milk.

    After 10-15 minutes the yeast will foam.

    Sift the flour into a bowl to remove impurities and enrich it with oxygen.

    Pour a mixture of melted butter, dry yeast and sugar into the sifted flour. Add one level teaspoon of salt.

    Knead soft, elastic dough. It doesn't stick to your hands because the dough is quite oily. It is because of the fat content that the effect of puff pastry is obtained.

    Divide the resulting dough into approximately three parts.

    Roll each part into a rectangle. Place the filling on the wide side on the edge.

    Roll the dough with the filling into a roll.

    Now you need to do the following. Using the edge of your palm, press on the roll and using sawing movements, separate pieces of dough with filling measuring 4-5 centimeters. We get small pies.

    Place the pies in a baking dish, brush with egg yolk (you don’t have to do this) and place in the oven, preheated to 170-175 degrees C. After 20-25 minutes, the baked goods will be ready.

    From the specified amount of ingredients you get 15-16 pies. The pies are simply wonderful. Bon appetit!

A festive table is rarely complete without a delicious meat pie or, for example, pies served with broth. Fried and baked, they are equally loved by both children and adults.

    To prepare the chicken filling for the pies, you can use chicken breast, but today I will prepare the filling from meat from chicken legs.     Finely chop the onion and sauté over high heat for 3-5 minutes until translucent.

    Meanwhile, separate the meat from the bones and remove the skin. Cut the chicken into small pieces, about 1 cm.

    Add the chicken to the onions.

    Mix and cook the filling for the pies for 7-10 minutes, stirring. When ready, add salt and pepper and your favorite spices.

    Let the meat cool while we chop the hard cheese into fine pieces.

    Mix the cheese with the contents of the pan. The chicken filling for the pies is ready!

    Today, I will share a recipe for my favorite chicken filling, which is cooked with a lot of spices in olive oil. Such meat can not only serve as a filling for, etc., but will also complement any side dish. Depending on the type of baked goods, you can adjust the cooking time. If for shawarma, then the chicken is cooked until golden; and if for pizza or pies, then until half cooked, because there will still be heat treatment ahead. I am sharing the recipe, which is illustrated step by step with photos.

    So, we need:

    — chicken fillet — 250 grams;
    - turmeric - 1/3 teaspoon;
    - olive oil - 1 tbsp. spoon;
    — sea salt — 1 teaspoon;
    - coriander - 1/3 teaspoon;
    - mixture of peppers - 1/3 teaspoon;
    - water - 1 tbsp. spoon.

    How to prepare chicken filling for pies, pancakes, pizza, shawarma

    Chilled or frozen chicken fillet is suitable for this dish. I had a piece of frozen meat that needed to be thawed in cold water or in the microwave before cooking. Cut into pieces about 1-1.5 centimeters in diameter.

    Heat a frying pan, add odorless olive oil. Add fillet pieces and fry over medium heat. Sprinkle with sea salt (you can use regular salt if you don’t have sea salt), turmeric, a mixture of peppers and coriander. All spices are used in ground form. If the meat has been frozen, it will begin to release water. In this case, there is no need to add additional water. But you need to add a little water to the chilled chicken fillet so that the meat is thoroughly stewed. The water should be boiled and, preferably, hot.

    Fry the meat over low heat until the water evaporates and the fillet pieces acquire a pleasant golden color. If you are preparing meat for pizza, then frying for about five minutes is enough. The meat will acquire the rest of its brownness in the oven.

    Leave the finished spicy chicken fillet in the pan to cool and brew.

    You can serve meat with any side dishes. I very often prepare it for filling in. My favorite shawarma with spicy chicken meat, mushrooms, vegetables and sauce.

    It is the spicy chicken fillet that gives the dish its incredible taste and aroma.

    Chicken pies recipe

    Ingredients:

    • milk – 250 ml;
    • raw egg – 2 pcs.;
    • boiled egg – 1 pc.;
    • boiled chicken – 0.5 kg;
    • butter – 40 g;
    • flour – 3.5 tbsp;
    • dry yeast – 1 teaspoon;
    • sugar – 2 teaspoons;
    • salt – 1 teaspoon;
    • spices - to taste.

    Preparation

    Sift a glass of flour into a bowl, add dry yeast and mix. Pour the heated milk into the flour in a thin stream. Melt the butter and combine with salt, raw egg and sugar, then add the resulting mixture to the dough. Add the remaining sifted flour to the mixture and knead the dough. Grease the inside of the bowl with vegetable oil, place the dough in it, cover with a towel and let rise (for about 1 hour).

    Boil the chicken meat, pass it through a meat grinder, add spices, a finely chopped boiled egg and a couple of tablespoons of broth to make the filling juicier.

    When the dough is ready, you need to knead it, roll it out on the table, cut out circles, put the filling in the middle of each and pinch the edges well.

    Preheat the oven to 30 degrees, place the formed pies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave for 15-20 minutes to proof. Brush each pie with egg; you can sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake at 180-200 degrees until done. Cover the finished baked goods with a towel and let cool.

    If you don't have an oven, you can cook fried chicken pies in vegetable oil in a frying pan. To do this, you don’t have to wait for proofing; immediately after modeling, send the pies to fry.

    You can make a combined filling - mix chicken meat and fried mushrooms, then you will get pies with chicken and mushrooms. Whether you bake them in the oven or fry them is a matter of your taste and capabilities.
