    And now everything is step by step and with photos.

    So, I wash the chicken and cut it in half lengthwise. I put one half in the freezer, and prepare the other half and bake it. I dry it with a paper towel so that it is dry, without excess moisture. Usually I cut off the breast, because I don’t really like white meat (my breast goes in), but today I decided to make an exception and cook with breast, since I bought a young chicken.

    I rub half of the chicken with salt on both sides, place it on a plate and sprinkle the Pepper Mix seasoning on top.

    I put mayonnaise and brush it on top of the chicken with my hands, distributing it evenly and mixing with the seasoning sprinkled on the chicken.

    I put the plate of chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for about an hour to an hour and a half.

    Once the chicken is marinated, I preheat the oven. My preheated oven temperature is approximately 190 degrees.

    I take the marinated half of the chicken out of the refrigerator. I put it in a baking dish (you can also put it on a baking sheet), pour 100 grams of water into the bottom of the dish and bake the chicken in the oven for 1 hour.

    How to fry chicken in the oven with crust

    What you will need: 1 chicken, butter, onion, celery, carrots, salt and pepper. Cooking twine, baking tray, oven mesh, foil, paper towels.

    The required cooking time for fried chicken in the oven is up to 1 ½ hours (depending on size), baking temperature is 210 degrees Celsius.

    Cooking procedure:

    1 If you bought an uneviscerated chicken at the market, start by removing the neck and giblets (heart, stomach, liver). Then wash it thoroughly inside and out and dry it with paper towels.

    2 Brush the chicken inside and out with butter, then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, both inside and out.

    3 For good health! Prepare kitchen twine. The main secret to properly frying chicken in the oven is to use twine.
