    • flour – 420 g;
    • corn oil – 90 ml;
    • condensed milk – 400 ml;
    • salt – 2 g;
    • vanillin powder – 2 g;
    • water – 1.5 tbsp.;
    • baking soda – 1 g;
    • granulated sugar – 180 g.

    Cooking algorithm:

    • Sift premium flour using a fine mesh strainer;
    • Mix flour, vanilla, granulated sugar and salt;
    • Add liquid ingredients - the mass should acquire a thick consistency;
    • Quench the soda with vinegar and add to the dough;
    • Plug the plug into the outlet and heat the electric waffle iron to maximum;
    • Using a pastry brush, brush the inner plates of the waffle iron with vegetable oil. This should be done after each baking so that the products do not burn or separate;

    • fructose – 0.75 tbsp.;
    • flour – 2.5 tbsp;

    • Place two tablespoons of semi-finished flour. With a small amount of dough, the products will turn out thin, and with a large amount - thicker;
    • Bake the first test waffle until brown;
    • Bake subsequent products for a minute and a half until golden brown;
    • During the cooking process, you can add flour or sugar to the dough;
    • Place the finished products on plates lined with clean paper.

    Belgian waffles without eggs

    These airy and fluffy waffles are perfect for a light breakfast or afternoon snack. Adherents of a vegan diet will be pleased to know that soy milk can be used instead of cow's milk in Belgian sweets.

    Ingredients:

    • sugar – 85 g;
    • flour – 365 g;
    • vanillin powder – 2 g;
    • soy milk – 560 ml;
    • salt – 0.5 tsp;
    • corn oil – 55 g;
    • spices (turmeric, cinnamon) - to taste;
    • baking soda – 1 g.

    Cooking algorithm:


    • Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt, vanillin and spices in a deep bowl;
    • In another bowl, pour milk and add corn oil;
    • Gradually add milk mixture to dry ingredients and stir. The semi-finished flour product should turn out like thick sour cream;
    • Grease the waffle iron with a little vegetable oil and wait until it heats up;
    • Spoon the batter into the pans, close the waffle iron and bake for 2 minutes;
    • Place the finished product, golden in color, on a plate;
    • Grease the waffle iron with vegetable fat and continue baking lean sweets until you run out of dough;
    • Form hot waffles into tubes;
    • When the products have cooled completely, fill them with any cream - butter, curd or butter;
    • Serve the sweets after 1-2 hours, during which time they will be soaked in cream.

    Wafer rolls with kefir

    • Dip the edges of the tubes into chopped nuts.

    Lenten waffles with flax seeds

    This recipe is easy to implement if you have an electric waffle iron at home.

    Ingredients:

    • ground flax seeds – 4 tbsp. l.;
    • salt – 0.5 tsp;
    • milk (soy, sesame, coconut or poppy seed) – 2 tbsp.;
    • baking powder – 3 tsp;
    • olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
    • flour – 440 g;
    • granulated sugar - 3 tbsp. l.

    Cooking algorithm:


    • Mix flour with sugar, salt, baking powder and ground flax seeds. Mix well;
    • Add milk and olive oil;
    • Mix everything well again;
    • Wait five minutes for the flax seeds to soak in the milk;
    • Grease the waffle iron with a small amount of vegetable shortening;
    • Preheat the waffle iron, then pour three tablespoons of semi-finished flour onto its bottom;
    • To prevent the dough from sticking to the plates, cut two pieces of parchment to the size of the appliance and bake the waffles between them. This procedure will take some time, but the taste of the waffle dessert is worth it;
    • Carefully transfer the finished products to a plate or wire rack;
    • When the products have cooled, pour jam over them and serve.

    1. Preparing waffles. To do this, boil a glass of water, pour it into the corn flour and leave for twenty minutes.

    3. Add lemon juice and zest.

The filling or addition to the dessert can be various sweet additives: jam or jam (for example, or), cream, yogurt, melted chocolate, fresh fruit and ice cream, nuts, condensed milk, and so on.

    What you will need:

    • 2 1/2 cups wheat flour

    How to make lean waffles in an electric waffle iron

    Plug in the waffle iron. While the waffle iron is heating up, you can prepare the dough.

    Mix flour with salt, sugar, baking powder, turmeric, ground flax seeds. To stir thoroughly.

    Add all liquid ingredients: vegetable milk or water and oil. Mix everything again.


    Let the dough sit for 5-7 minutes so that the flax seeds have time to soak up the milk.

    Pour a small amount of batter onto a hot waffle iron. Approximately 1/3 of a cup. Before pouring the batter, grease the surface of the waffle iron with a small amount of vegetable oil.


    Carefully transfer the finished waffles to a wire rack or plate.


    After 3-4 minutes, when the lean waffles have cooled down a little, pour some jam or other sweet additive on top and you can serve.
