    Gas distribution companies that operate under the RGK (Regional Gas Company) brand are changing approaches to providing services and introducing new standards for working with customers. Even in difficult times for industry enterprises, every effort is made to improve the quality of service to gas consumers.

    In particular, Customer Service Standards are being introduced, which regulate the requirements for personnel, in particular the standards of communication with customers and the dress code, criteria for evaluating specialists and customer service managers. First of all, the standards are being implemented in newly created Customer Service Centers (CSC).

    Contact center

    Over the past year and a half, the RGK Contact Center has been created, which today serves consumers of all gas distribution companies united under the RGK brand. Therefore, clients of these companies can use the services of single contact center operators:

    • to get a consultation,
    • convey evidence,
    • complain.

    The new service greatly simplifies the process of transmitting gas meter readings. By sending an SMS to the short number 7104, consumers will immediately receive an automatic response prompting whether the format of the sent message is correct and whether the data has entered the system.

    Number 7104 is the only one for everyone consumers of natural gas in the Sumy region and is intended only for receiving SMS messages. Data transmitted in this way is displayed in your personal account within three days.

    In the SMS message the consumer must indicate following data: account number and meter readings in the format ХХХХХХХХХ ХХХХХ, where ХХХХХХХХХХ - 10 digits of the current account and ХХХХХ - meter readings (up to 5 digits). The cost of SMS is according to the tariff of the mobile operator.

    After sending the message the consumer will automatically receive a response“Your indicators have been received and processed. Thank you". If the client received an “Incorrect format” response, this means that the data he sent was entered with an error (for example, the personal number was entered incorrectly).

    To avoid misunderstandings with charges and disagreements with the actual meter data, readings must be recorded as of the 1st day. And the consumer must transfer data for the previous month independently within 5 days from the 1st to the 5th.

    If there is no meter data from the consumer, the gas distribution company, in accordance with the Code of Gas Distribution Systems, must carry out the calculation “automatically”. You can check your data in your personal account on the website 104.ua.
