    Brief description of the history of creation and development of JSC "Permenergosbyt":

    The history of Perm power engineering began in the 1880s with the commissioning of a 20 kW power plant at the phosphorus plant. In 1886, a power plant at the Motovilikhinsky plant gave the first current, in 1890 at the Chusovsky metallurgical plant, and in 1893 at the Bereznikovsky soda plant.

    The rapid development of the electrification of the Perm Territory was caused by the rapid growth of industry at the end of the 19th century. In 1913, 28 power plants with a capacity of 17.6 thousand kW were already operating in the Perm Region, including a 100 kW power plant built in 1902 specifically for lighting streets and residential buildings in Perm. In 1922, the first administration of the Perm city electric networks was created.

    The subscriber service of the North-West region, which existed until 1936, united the territory of consumers in the Kizelovsky, Chusovsky, Lysvensky and Perm regions. In 1936, in connection with the development of power engineering and heavy industry in the Perm region, on the basis of the customer service, the Energosbyt department of Uralenergo was created as an independent self-supporting unit. The department operates services: electrical inspection, customer service, laboratory, accounting.

    The main areas of work at that time were:
    energy sales;
    consideration of projects of consumer substations and transmission lines with a voltage of 6 kilovolts;
    inspection of electrical installations in order to prevent accidents and save energy;
    consumer advice.

    By the end of 1940, the effective supply of electricity reached 756 million kilowatt-hours. The Gubakhinsky coke-chemical plant, the Krasnokamsk plant of Goznak, and the Lysva metallurgical plant are gaining capacity. The connected capacity of consumers is 254 thousand kilowatts.
    During this period, schedules for reducing power consumption in the morning (6 thousand kilowatts) and evening (10 thousand kilowatts) hours of maximum loads begin to be developed.

    In 1942 the Perm energy system “Permenergo” was created and began to exist.
    On July 15, 1942, by order of the People's Commissariat of Power Plants No. 55, the Ural energy system is divided into three: Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk and Molotovsk (Perm). Energosbyt (former branch of Energosbyt Uralenergo) became part of Molotovenergo. Since that time, the history of Energosbyt as a structural unit of Permenergo begins.

    In 1945 Energosbyt began work on the return of condensate from industrial enterprises at the power station. In the post-war years, much attention is paid to the issues of energy rationing, its economical consumption, and reduction of losses.

    In 1951, Energosbyt's structure includes:
    factory inspection;
    department of modes and energy distribution;
    subscription service;
    communal and household inspection;
    technical department;
    laboratory for the repair and adjustment of meters.

    Simultaneously with the development of the energy system, electrical and heating industry, construction, transport and agriculture, Energosbyt is also growing.

    By 1964 Energosbyt already included 10 branches (Motovilikhinskoe, Kirovskoe, Bereznikovskoe, Kizelovskoe, Kungurskoe, Krasnokamskoe, Kudymkarskoe, Lysvenskoe, Ocherskoe, Chusovskoe).
    In connection with the transfer of city electric networks to the newly created enterprise "Oblkommunenergo", the structure of Energosbyt is changing. In 1980, by order of the USSR Ministry of Energy No. 360 Energosbyt was reorganized into the Energonadzor enterprise.

    In 1992-1993, the privatization of the energy industry was carried out, as a result of which an open joint-stock company (OJSC) Permenergo was created, which included a separate subdivision Energosbyt. Energosbyt includes 9 branches - Central, Motovilikhinskoe, Zakamskoe, Kungurskoe, Ocherskoe, Yuzhnoe, Severnoye Chusovskoe, Kudymkarskoe.

    2002 is a special year for the company, it turned 60 years old. In general, the year was marked by a positive attitude, strengthening of the reputation and an increase in Energosbyt's rating in the region. Useful supply of electricity in 2002 - 16 472 million kWh, heat energy - 16 736.2 thousand Gcal.

    Useful supply of electricity in 2004 - 16,967.6 million kWh, heat energy - 14,802.9 thousand Gcal. Gradually, after the recession in 1990-2000, the economy is developing and there is a stable upward trend in energy consumption.
    2004-2005 became the period of reorganization of JSC Permenergo. From April 1, FOP Energosbyt spun off from OJSC Permenergo into an independent organization OJSC Permskaya Energosbytovaya Kompaniya.

    In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On Approval of the Rules for the Operation of Retail Electricity Markets in the Transitional Period of Reforming the Electricity Industry", from September 1, 2006, JSC Permenergosbyt became the Guarantee Supplier of Electricity in the Perm Territory.

    Permskaya Energosbytovaya Kompaniya OJSC emerged as an independent enterprise by spinning off from Permenergo OJSC. This process took place in 2004-2005 together with the reform of the entire electric power industry of the country. On September 1, 2006, the company received the status of a guaranteeing supplier of electricity practically throughout the entire territory of the Perm Territory. Permenergosbyt OJSC includes the following departments: Central, Severnoye, Zakamskoye, Chusovskoye, Kungurskoye, Motovelikhinskoye, Ocherskoye, Yuzhnoye, Gubakhinskoye, Kudymkarskoye.

    History of creation and development

    The first power plant in Perm appeared in 1880 at a phosphoric plant, its capacity was 20 kW. Subsequent years in the region there was a rapid development of industry, which stimulated the development of energy, and already in 1913, 28 power plants with a total capacity of 17.6 thousand kW generated electricity in the Perm Territory. The growth in the number of generation facilities required centralization and coordination of work. Therefore, in 1922, the administration of the Perm city electric networks was created in Perm.

    By the end of 1940, the productive supply of electricity had grown to 756 million kWh. In 1942, by order of the People's Commissariat of Power Plants, the Ural energy system was divided into three independent ones: Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk, Molotov (Perm). At the same time, the Permenergo enterprise was created, which includes Energosbyt as a structural unit. In the post-war years, the main attention of the staff of the enterprise is paid to work on the rate of supply of energy, its economical consumption, reduction of losses at all stages.

    Industry is growing, the population of the Perm Territory is increasing, and by 1964 Energosbyt had already united 10 branches. In 1980, the company underwent a reorganization. "Oblkommunenergo" appears, to the balance of which the city electric networks are transferred, and Energosbyt is renamed into "Energonadzor". The privatization that took place in the energy industry in 1992-1993 led to the creation on the basis of Permenergo of an enterprise with new form property - JSC "Permenergo". It also includes Energosbyt as a separate subdivision.

    2002 was a jubilee year for the enterprise, it celebrated its 60th anniversary. This year, the results of the work of the team were as follows: productive supply of electricity amounted to 16,472 million kWh, heat energy - 16,736.2 thousand Gcal. Further reforming of the Russian electric power industry by dividing energy companies according to the type of activity led to the emergence of OJSC "Permskaya Energosbytovaya Kompaniya", which became the successor of the best traditions and achievements in the work of power engineers of the Perm region. This allowed the company in 2013 to reach the level of 2,550 million kWh of productive electricity supply.
