Biography

Sasha White ( real surname - Alexander Muzychko), was born on September 19, 1962 in the town of Kizel, Perm region, Russian Federation, then moved to Rivne region. In Ukraine, he was repeatedly prosecuted.

According to the site "Wikipedia", a participant in the Chechen war on the side of Dudaev in the "Una-Unso Viking" detachment. In 1994 Muzychko came to Chechnya to join the militants. He took part in battles against federal troops. There is information that the leader of the separatists, Dzhokhar Dudayev, allegedly even presented Muzychko for a service award.

1980-1982 passed military service in Afghanistan. After the proclamation of Ukraine's independence, Muzychko received the citizenship of this country, joined the militarized nationalist organization UNA-UNSO (Ukrainian National Assembly - Ukrainian People's Self-Defense), was the editor-in-chief of the newspaper Nasha Sprava. In 1994 Muzychko joined the Chechen separatists in order to fight Russia and earn money, where he received the callsign "White" and "Consul". He commanded the UNA-UNSO "Viking" detachment, which fought as part of Shamil Basayev's detachment, as well as the personal guard of Dzhokhar Dudayev. I received $ 3,000 a month as a salary. According to "Sashko Bely", he entered Chechnya with a Turkish passport under the guise of a journalist, and all the documents were real. After the death of Dudayev and the conclusion of the Khasavyurt agreements in 1995, Muzychko returned to Ukraine, where he went into business and got in touch with criminal structures.

In 1995, he beat one of his acquaintances, who had to urgently remove a kidney. However, the case did not come to court. In 1997, in one of the cafes in Kiev on Proriznaya Street, Muzychko made an attempt on the murder of Oleg Bes (Pryshch organized crime group), another "UNSOV member", at the direction of the chairman of the executive committee of the UNA-UNSO party, Viktor Melnik, for "scamming for money" ... However, despite numerous objections from prosecutors, the case was closed: the party nominated its member as a candidate for deputy in the 154th constituency, which provided him with "immunity." In 1999, Muzychko, as part of a criminal gang, kidnapped one businessman, demanding a ransom of $ 1000. Together with his accomplices, he regularly beat the businessman until they were arrested by the police of the city of Rivne in the Holiday disco bar. The leadership of UNA-UNSO, as usual, tried to present pure "criminality" in the light of the "political order of the opponents." Then there were threats against the victims, there were attempts to give bribes. But despite all the efforts of the party to force the court to close the case, Muzychko was nevertheless sentenced to a long term.

While serving his prison sentence, he was repeatedly beaten by inmates who hated him for serving on the side of Chechen fighters. After his release, Muzychko went back to business. In April 2007, he was appointed head of the security of the Rovno steel plant, owned by Valery Kansky. However, Alexander, in his own words, Kansky did not pay wages, fearing to lose control over the plant, both legally and de facto. On October 5, 2009, a mass brawl took place at the plant, after which the police opened a criminal case, which was a blow to Kansky's reputation. According to many sources, Muzychko was involved in organizing the fight.

In 1995, having argued, A. Muzychko had a fight with a visitor of the cafe. The court found A. Muzychko guilty of committing a crime under part 1 of Article 101 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - causing grievous bodily harm.

Since April 2007 A. Muzychko was in charge of the guards at the Rivne Foundry. In 2009, during a clash at the plant due to the struggle between Valery Kansky and Valery Marchuk for the director's chair, A. Muzychko was accused of involvement in the violent seizure of the enterprise.

In 2012, A. Muzychko ran for People's Deputies of Ukraine in the 153rd electoral district, but lost. During the election campaign, he was listed as deputy director of the private enterprise "Balkan-Service".

Criminal case for beating up a prosecutor

On February 28, 2014, investigators of the Rivne city department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Rivne region began criminal proceedings in connection with the deliberate beating of an employee of the prosecutor's office by the coordinator of the Right Sector public movement in Western Ukraine, Alexander Muzychko.

On February 27, a group of citizens headed by Muzychko arrived at the premises of the Rivne district prosecutor's office. He expressed gross threats and used brute force against the employee of the prosecutor's office.

Attempt to bribe

The leader of the "Right Sector" in Rivne Roman Koval said that anti-corruption policy commissioner Tatyana Chornovil came to Sasha Bely and offered him $ 20,000 in exchange for his departure.

Chornovil herself confirms that she really came to Muzychko: “I wanted to save him. I told him: Sasha, everyone in Russia is scared of you. The FSB is hunting you. There is zero in my tax return."

Murder of the White

On March 25, 2014, Right Sector activist Alexander Muzychko, better known as Sasha Bely, was shot dead by police officers during a special operation to arrest him.

First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Volodymyr Evdokimov said this during a press conference.

Three of Muzychko's detained accomplices were taken to Kiev for interrogation at the Main Investigation Department.

Experts found that Muzychko had three penetrating gunshot wounds in the chest area and two gunshot wounds to his right leg. A passport in his name was found in the pockets of Sashka Bilogo, a clip for a PM pistol, with six cartridges, and cash in the amount of $ 3.5 thousand. and 5 thousand UAH. Also, at the scene, one cartridge case and a bullet from the said pistol and a cartridge case from an AK-45 machine gun, 5.45 mm caliber, a mobile phone were found and seized, "the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.

"Lads, tick!" - these were the last words of Alexander Muzychko (better known as Sashko Bely), before a machine gun was fired at his feet. Sashko and his guards scattered. One managed to hide, the other two were detained, they are now sitting in the Kiev special detention center of the SBU.

One guard Sashko is 19, he is an orphan, another is 20, he thought about them, not about himself, because with his experience and sports training, these seconds could save his life, - and now Sergei Pandrak is sure, best friend Sashko Bely. Pandrak was one of the first at the scene of the crime near the Three Crucian Cafe near the village of Barmaki and the only one not from the operational investigative group and doctors who examined his corpse in the morgue. - As soon as the shots rang out, we immediately received a call, the assault squad ("Right Sector", which has been stationed in the People's House in the center of Rovno for several months. - "Izvestia") rushed to Barmaki in several cars - four minutes were not enough for us. If there was a war, they themselves would have perished, and the "Falcon", who had executed Sashko, would have killed everyone.

The murder of Oleksandr Muzychko was called political by the Right Sector associates and deputies of the Rovno City Duma, demanding the resignation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov. According to their version, it was he who gave the order to destroy the hero of the Maidan and videos and YouTube, who publicly shook the district prosecutor by the chest, promising to put him on a chain like a dog, if he did not start an investigation, and laid out a machine gun to call the new Kiev authorities to disarm. a pistol and a dagger with the words "go and take it if you can."

I myself am a military man and have seen a lot of things in my life, so there is no need to tell me about the fact that Sashko shot himself, otherwise the traces of gunpowder on his body would have been different. They killed him - first they shot him in the legs, filled up and handcuffed him, then tore his T-shirt to make sure that he was not wearing armor, and shot him right in the heart, about two meters away, and from his own pistol, - Pandrak takes out a forensic medical examination report where the cause of death is a gunshot wound to the heart. - I spoke with experts - they all confirmed this. I do not believe that Sashko shot at someone from the "Falcon" - we have video from surveillance cameras, from all four, he simply would not have had time to do it.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine called Muzychko's death during the arrest a tragic accident, assuring that there was no order to eliminate him. In the "Right Sector" immediately after the funeral of Sashko in neighboring Zhitomir, an emergency meeting was held, at which the stormtroopers were handed out photos of the Sokol fighters who participated in the elimination of Bely - the faces of two of them were caught in cameras. A source in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine says that Minister Avakov, who was publicly vowed to take revenge after Sashko's death, got scared and got into an armored car. Avakov promised to make the investigation of Bely's death as open as possible - after the "Right Sector" entered the Kiev Maidan and was ready to take the Rada by storm again. As a result, after negotiations, a representative of the "Right Sector" was included in the commission.

If now they hand over the "Falcon", as they had already handed over the "Berkut", I do not know what will happen, but there is nothing good to expect, - says the interlocutor in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. - The murder of Sashka was planned, but it was a political mistake that could be costly.

The interlocutor in the "Right Sector" is sure: if Muzychko were taken alive, they would have taken him out of any prison. “We would have gone to the assault, recaptured, and would not have considered the victims,” he explains.

We have almost 9 thousand well-trained fighters who have passed almost all hot spots of recent years, we do not have permanent allies and enemies, but we have interests, we have money, we have weapons, we have informants in various structures, we generally have long arms - If necessary, we will get anyone out of the ground, - Serhiy Pandrak tells us about the philosophy of the members of UNA-UNSO (Ukrainian National Assembly - Ukrainian People's Self-Defense), which at the end of March this year became part of the "Right Sector". The organizers and ideological inspirers of UNA-UNSO in the Rivne region were Pandrak himself, already three times a grandfather who owns a large construction business, and Sashko Bely.

"They killed the yak creature"

They killed Sashka, killed a yak creature - why, one wonders, were they on the Maidan? So that the police are honest, the prosecutor's office and the judges, so that everything is fair, and what is the answer? A bullet in the heart without trial or investigation, - Mikhail, Sashko's second cousin, sweeps the yard and shows us the way to the house of Bely's parents.

Near a green meadow, to the right, impassable mud instead of asphalt. Planks are thrown to a small well-groomed house, old Muzychko are scurrying on the porch. They go to the cemetery with a bunch of provisions - in case one of their acquaintances comes to visit and remember them Sashka.

Muzychko was buried in a youth cemetery, next to three "heroes of the heavenly hundred" who died on the Kiev Maidan. The grave is strewn with fresh flowers and wreaths with the inscriptions "Heroes do not die" and "Sashko, we will not forget you!"

Sashko was unhappy - he had neither wife nor children, our family is generally unhappy - all our relatives died tragically. My sister died at the age of 33, two children remained, then my son died on the railway, I spent my whole life, because I was left without relatives, and now without a son. I'll drink pills and die, - says Sashko's mother Elena Pavlovna, straightening the mourning ribbons.

Father Sashko, Ivan Dmitrievich, soon 80. In the family he was the middle son, only six children.

My father Dmitry Makarovich had a brother who fought in the UPA (Ukrainian Insurgent Army of Stepan Bandera. - Izvestia), for this in 1947 we were all sent to the Mordovian camps, then to settlements, to the Perm Territory. My father worked at the Volodarskaya mine, I worked for 10 years and 1 month at the Lenin mine, now I receive an increased pension for harm, - says Father Sashko. - And then Zhinka's health problems began, and in 1967 we were allowed to return to Ukraine. Sashko was then 5 years old.

His nickname - Sashko Bely - Muzychko received in childhood, because he was blond. Then it became his journalistic pseudonym and call sign in Chechnya, in the first campaign, where he first headed the personal security of Dzhokhar Dudayev, and then became a field commander.

He did not drink, did not smoke, read books avidly, since childhood, especially in history he loved, during the night he could read a thick book, he could not tear himself away, - recalls Adam, Bilogo's older brother. - I understood history better than teachers, argued with them, in general, it is not surprising that he later went into politics - he was always interested in it. Already at the funeral, we learned that Sashko wanted to get a higher education - he did not finish his studies at our university for a year, however, he did not tell us about it. And so by profession he is a master plumber, he graduated from technical school, he had his own team, they worked well. He served in the Soviet army in Tbilisi, in the missile and anti-aircraft troops, he said that hazing was terrible there. But he was not in Afghanistan, these are all fairy tales.

Sashko Bely lived in the same village of Barmaki as his parents. He built his two-story house for more than 10 years, and to make a roof, he sold a car.

- “Mers” he had an old one, he was over 20 years old, he was constantly repaired. There was a sign: the janitors creak, which means Sashko is on his way, - they say in the village.

There was no money for the house itself either.

I took care of my mother for a long time, she was very sick, and when she died, we sold everything in Belarus, and gave Sasha money for a house so that he had his own hut. Money was always tight, if he was a bandit and a racketeer, would they kiss my hands at his coffin? Would you say thank you for your son, eh? - the mother cries.

According to Muzychko's parents, Sashko was often on business trips. For six years he was the chief editor of the nationalist newspaper Nasha Sprava. In the issue dedicated to the elections for 1998, Sashko is still young, in a suit and tie, running for the regional council. In his biography, he writes that he joined the revolutionary struggle in 1990, when he "took up the illegal publication of newspapers, brochures and books of a national-patriotic nature." Then he did not go into the thought.

We met in 1988, at a meeting of the intelligentsia of Rivne, dedicated to the work of Taras Shevchenko, - recalls Pandrak. - Sashko had a badge of Ukraine, and then we did not sell the symbols at all, he made it himself, we became friends and created an all-Ukrainian association of sovereign independence of Ukraine (DSU) - after 9 months I was already heading the Rivne branch of the DSU, and Sashko was responsible for security, - says Pandrak. - He was an ideological person, the folder with his mother explained to him from childhood what Ukraine is and how our grandfathers fought for its freedom.

Who is the power here

The nationalist movement in Western Ukraine was only gaining momentum, sweeping away everything Soviet in its path. On January 1, 1990, Moskovskaya Street in Rivne was renamed into Stepan Bandera Street. On August 22, 1991, the day after the State Emergency Committee, a monument to Lenin was demolished in the city. Then they dismantled the monument to the scout Nikolai Kuznetsov and the partisan Dmitry Medvedev, replacing the only stele in Ukraine with Semyon Petlyura. Pandrak personally supervised the demolition of the monuments and still remembers how much they were later sold to Russia: "Lenin - for 1 million Soviet rubles, Kuznetsov - for 300 thousand, Medvedev - for 250 thousand."

Sashko's loyal friend Muzychko was always there until he left for Chechnya.

According to Pandrak, he went to Chechnya as a journalist with a video camera and was not going to stay there - but the case changed everything.

At the press conference of Dzhokhar Dudayev, an attempt was made on his life, the guards did not have time to react in time, but Sashko had time - he covered Dudayev with himself, who for this invited him to stay and head his security, says Pandrak. - Sashko was awarded an order, he is a Hero of Ichkeria, in his honor there was a street in Grozny under Dudayev, and women called boys Sashki.

However, the Investigative Committee of Russia believes that Muzychko went to Chechnya to earn money as a mercenary for $ 3 thousand a month and personally took part in the torture and execution of at least 20 captured Russian soldiers, for which this year he was put on the international wanted list. Muzychko was buried with the Order of Ichkeria "Honor of the Nation", and camouflage with Ichkerian stripes, according to his friends, was his favorite clothes. Dmitry, a close acquaintance of Bely for the past 10 years, says that he has talked to him more than once about Chechnya and does not believe in his involvement in the killings.

He was a warrior, he respected the enemy - yes, he lured the soldiers into traps, but knowing him for many years, I find it hard to believe that he cut them himself, he, in any case, always denied it, - says Dmitry. - When Ramzan Kadyrov promised Yarosh (Dmitry Yarosh, head of Right Sector. - Izvestia) a one-way ticket, Sashko was terribly upset.

The confrontation in Kiev led to the fact that in Rovno and the region the "Right Sector" became the power, and the main negotiator was Sashko Bely. When the crowd on the local Maidan, which has not yet been disassembled, demanded that the commander of the Berkut kneel down, Bely did not allow it. “They were doing their duty, don't go crazy,” he admonished the crowd, rattling his machine gun. When Yanukovych’s residence in Mezhyhirya was robbed, hotheads rushed with a pitchfork to the dacha of the former governor Bertash, 50 km from Rovno. Sashko preempted the rout: he put up guards and announced on the Maidan that he would personally suppress the looting and shoot for it.

In the Rivne region, not a single military unit was robbed and not a single administrative building was damaged (there were eight of them in Lviv), announcements with a mobile phone were posted throughout the city, where to call in case of an emergency. The first call was to the "Right Sector", and then to the police. The same "Right Sector" burned the motor pumps, with the help of which the "black diggers" in the Rivne region mined amber, paying the cops $ 1 thousand per night for the "roof". With the diggers they conducted "bucotherapy" - they whipped them with rods, explaining that it was not good to steal people's goods. All this was told to us in Rovno, at parting with Alexander Muzychko, explaining why 22 priests were serving him in the central Intercession Cathedral and hundreds of people came to say goodbye to him at the drama theater.

Even the sensational video on the Web, where Sashko shakes the district prosecutor Andrei Targonsky by the chest, is considered a necessary measure here.

One prosecutor escaped, the other was hiding in the country, and more than 200 people with bats and Molotov cocktails gathered outside the prosecutor's office, promising to burn everything to hell, ”says Alexander, who was present at those events. - The bastard who strangled a woman in the village was taken right on the spot, for three days the cops could not issue him, because the prosecutor's office did not want to do anything, so the people could not stand it. Sashko then flared up, promising to hang the prosecutor on camera like a dog if the case was not opened.

The case was eventually opened, and Muzychko asked the prosecutor's forgiveness on his Facebook page. Prosecutor Targonsky did not want to speak on this topic. A criminal case was opened against Bely, which became the formal reason for his detention. Sashko had problems with the law before, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, he was twice under investigation and was in jail. Sergei Pandrak assures that the bandit articles were "sewn" to almost all the activists of UNA-UNSO, and this was revenge for their political activities.

New versus old

However, not everyone liked the methods of the Right Sector and Sashko Bely. The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Gennady Moskal publicly accused Muzychko of racketeering, which he justified "with the needs of the revolution." In particular, Moskal argued, Sashko Bely demanded $ 100 thousand from the director of the large Chaika shopping center Salanbek Ushakov. In an interview with Izvestia, Ushakov said that he knew neither Sashka nor anyone from the Right Sector and had never seen them.

I am a believer, and so: I swear to God, they didn’t come to me, and they wouldn’t come - I’m a Chechen, and they don’t bother us, ”Ushakov says.

According to Moskal, Muzychko and Co. have taken away two cars and a minibus from the Tako company. Taco declined to comment. They demanded $ 700 thousand from the ex-head of the Rivne city administration Vasily Karpenchuk - and the issue of his abuse of office will be forgotten. Karpenchuk, having heard the questions of Izvestia, hung up.

Deputy Lyudmila Bushko from the regional council is not surprised at such a reaction.

Bushko was in the Party of Regions, and now she is accused of organizing and financing the anti-Maidan, now an investigation is underway against her. - Not all of us went to the Maidan, went to the anti-Maidan, and now the "Right Sector" comes to them and demands confessions that I paid them for it. We came here to a pregnant woman with three children - of course, she signed, she's scared, people with weapons. Elena Chekun, deputy chairman of the Zarechensky district council, recalls how Sashko Bely with a gun and guys from the Right Sector came to the parliament, demanding that the deputies of the Party of Regions leave the hall and repent, "because you have blood on your hands."

We asked for forgiveness for some unknown reason, ”she said. - Personally, I apologized for the authorities who were in Kiev and allowed all this disgrace. And then they tried to take the party car away from me in order to hand it over to the kindergarten, and all the windows of my husband in the building materials store were broken.

Adam, the brother of Alexander Muzychko, says that Sashka had a heightened sense of justice and an explosive character, for which he was killed.

Yes, he could come to the plant and demand money - but why did he do it? Because people there were not paid a salary for several months, I did not try for myself, he did not need anything, - explains the brother.

If a person goes to power, as a prosecutor or a policeman, he must do his job, shouldn't he? Or do they go there to fill their pockets? If so, then we must drive them! Sashko thought so, I also think so, - says his father Ivan Dmitrievich.

Oleksandr Ivanovich Muzychko (Ukrainian Oleksandr Ivanovich Muzychko), also known as Sashko Bely (Ukrainian Sashko Biliy), is a Ukrainian nationalist, a Bandera member, in the past a Chechen mercenary and terrorist, now a politician, businessman and criminal, has a criminal record. He lives in the city of Rivne, Rivne region of Ukraine, is a member of the ultra-right party UNA-UNSO. Alexander Muzychko was born on September 19, 1962.

1980-1982. passed military service in Afghanistan. After the proclamation of Ukraine's independence, Muzychko received the citizenship of this country, joined the militarized nationalist organization UNA-UNSO (Ukrainian National Assembly - Ukrainian People's Self-Defense), was the editor-in-chief of the newspaper Nasha on the right. In 1994, Muzychko joined the Chechen separatists in order to fight Russia and earn money, where he received the call sign Bely and Consul. He commanded the UNA-UNSO Viking detachment, which fought as part of Shamil Basayev's detachment, as well as the personal security of Dzhokhar Dudayev. I received $ 3,000 a month as a salary. According to Sashko Bely, he entered Chechnya with a Turkish passport under the guise of a journalist, and all the documents were real. Thanks to them, Muzychko ambushed a detachment of Marines from Sputnik.

For this and the fact that he knocked out 3 tanks, more than 6 infantry fighting vehicles and armored personnel carriers, and also shot a self-propelled gun, Dzhokhar Dudayev personally awarded him the Order of Koman Siy (Honor of the Nation). It is known for certain that he participated in the shooting of BMP # 684 of 81 MSP, in which 3 people were killed, one was taken prisoner. On camera, Sashko Bely brags about how he killed the Russians, was known for his cruelty towards captured Russian soldiers. Oleksandr Muzychko became one of three Ukrainian nationalists (in addition to Stepan Bandera and Oleg Berkut), in whose honor the streets in Grozny were named (in Lvov, one of the streets was named after Dzhokhar Dudayev). After the death of Dudaev and the conclusion of the Khasavyurt agreements in 1995, Muzychko returned to Ukraine, where he went into business and got in touch with criminal structures.

In 1995, he beat one of his acquaintances, who had to urgently remove a kidney. However, the case did not come to court. In 1997, in one of the cafes in Kiev on Proriznaya Street, Muzychko attempted the murder of Oleg Bes (Pryshch's organized crime group), another UNSF member, at the direction of Viktor Melnik, chairman of the executive committee of the UNA-UNSO party, for scamming money. However, despite numerous objections from prosecutors, the case was closed: the party nominated its member as a candidate for deputy in the 154th constituency, which provided him with immunity. In 1999, Muzychko, as part of a criminal gang, kidnapped one businessman, demanding a ransom of $ 1000. Together with his accomplices, he regularly beat the businessman until they were arrested by the police of the city of Rivne in the Holiday disco bar. The leadership of UNA-UNSO, as usual, tried to present pure criminality in the light of the political order of opponents. Then there were threats against the victims, there were attempts to give bribes. But despite all the efforts of the party to force the court to close the case, Muzychko was nevertheless sentenced to a long term.

While serving his prison sentence, he was repeatedly beaten by inmates who hated him for serving on the side of Chechen fighters. After his release, Muzychko went back to business. In April 2007, he was appointed head of the security of the Rovno steel plant, owned by Valery Kansky. However, Alexander, in his own words, Kansky did not pay wages, fearing to lose control over the plant, both legally and de facto. On October 5, 2009, a mass brawl took place at the plant, after which the police opened a criminal case, which was a blow to Kansky's reputation. According to many sources, Muzychko was involved in organizing the fight.

Currently, Alexander Muzychko, who already has a higher education in economics, is the deputy director of Balkan-Service LLC, lives in the village. Barmaki of the Rivne region of the Rivne region of Ukraine, is still a member of UNA-UNSO. He ran from Electoral District No. 153 to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the 2012 elections, but lost with 1.14% of the vote.
