Thy Resurrection, Christ Spase, the angels sing in heaven, and grant us on earth a pure heart to glorify Thee.

Troparion of Easter, voice 5:

Christ is resurrected from the dead, he has repaired death, and to those who live in the graves he is given life.

Ipakoi Easter, Tone 4:

Earlier in the morning, even more about Mary and the one who had found the stone was rolled away from the grave, I hear from the Angel: in the light of the ever-present Sugar with the dead, what are you looking for, like a man? See the grave shroud: preach and preach to the world, as the Lord, who is dead, has risen, as he is the Son of God who saves the human race.

Easter Kontakion, voice 8:

Even as Thou didst descend into the grave, Bezmartne, but He destroyed Hell's power, and Thou art raised, as the Conqueror, Christ God, to the wives of the Myrrhonites the prophetic: Rejoice! and give peace to your apostle, to those who have fallen, give resurrection.

Acceptor of Easter, voice 1:

An angel cries out more Graceful: Pure Virgin, rejoice, and the river packs: Rejoice! Thy Son is risen three days from the grave, and raised up the dead: rejoice people. Shine, shine the New Jerusalem, the glory of the Lord is in You ascending. Rejoice now and be merry, Zion. But you, Pure One, show off, O Mother of God, about the rise of Thy Christmas.

Exapostilary of Easter

Having fallen asleep, as it is dead, the King and the Lord, three days ago Thou didst rise, Adam raised from aphids, and having abolished death: Pascha of incorruption, of the world salvation

EASTER CANON Tone 1

Song 1

Irmos: Resurrection day, let us enlighten people: Easter, Lord's Easter! From death to life, and from earth to Heaven, Christ God will lead us, singing victorious.

Chorus:

Christ is risen from the dead (before each troparion of the canon)
Let us purify our senses, and we will see the resurrection of Christ shining with the unapproachable light, and rejoice in the river clearly so we hear, victorious singing.

Chorus:

Christ is risen from the dead
Heaven should be worthy, let the earth rejoice, let the world celebrate, all visible and invisible: Christ is more east, eternal joy.

Theotokos *:

(Sung from the second day of Easter then giving)

(* Chorus to them: "Most Holy Theotokos, save us", or "Glory ...", "And now ...".)

Thou didst break the limit of mortification, the eternal life that gave birth to Christ, from the grave that rose up that day, All-blameless Virgin, and enlightened the world. Having seen Thy Son and God resurrected, rejoice from the apostles, God-gracious pure: and hedgehog rejoice first, as if all the joy of wine, you perceived all the blameless God.

Song 3

Come, we drink new beer, the miracle-working is not barren from the stone, but the incorruptible source, from the tomb that gave birth to Christ, we are established in Nemzha.

Now all are filled with light, Heaven and earth and hell: may all creation celebrate the rise of Christ, in Nemzha it is affirmed.

Yesterday I was buried in You, Christ, I will be resurrected today for You, crucified in You yesterday, Praise me Yourself, Savior, in Your Kingdom.

Theotokos:

I come to the imperishable life this day, by the goodness of the Born from Thee, Pure One, and all the end of the light that is wrapped in the light. God, whom you gave birth to in the flesh, from the dead, as if speaking, having seen the rest, Pure, rejoice, and this, like God, Most Pure, magnify.

Ipakoi, voice 4:

Just before the morning, even about Mary, and the found stone was rolled away from the tomb, I hear from the Angel: in the light of the everlasting existence, with the dead, what are you looking for, like a man? You see the shroud of the grave, tetsyte, and preach to the world that the Lord has risen, who has killed death, that he is the Son of God who saves the human race.

Song 4

Irmos:

On the divine guard, let the God-speaking Habakkuk stand with us and show a luminous angel, clearly saying: today is the salvation of the world, as if Christ was risen, as omnipotent.

A manly ubo sex, like opening a virgin womb, Christ appears: like a man, the Lamb will be called: blameless, like the tastelessness of filth, our Passover, and as God is true, perfect is spoken.

Like a one-year-old lamb, Christ the crown blessed to us, by the will of all was slain, Easter is a cleansing one, and the sun is rising from the grave of red truth to us.

Godfather ubo David, playing in front of the hay ark, galloping around, the people of God's sanctity, the images of the sake of seeing, we rejoice divinely, as if Christ is risen, as omnipotent.

Theotokos: Who created Adam, Thy forefather, Pure, is built on Thee, and destroy the mortal dwelling with His death this day, and illuminate everything with the divine glare of resurrection. He also gave birth to Christ, beautifully shone from the dead, Pure, seeing, kind and blameless in wives and red, today for the salvation of all, rejoicing from the Apostles, Glorify Him.

Song 5

Let us make the morning deep in the morning, and instead of peace, we will bring a song to the Lord, and we will see Christ, the Truth of the Sun, life is shining for everyone.

Thy immeasurable benevolence with the bonds of hell is kept in sight, to the light of Christ, with cheerful feet, Easter praising the eternal.

Let us begin, with the illumination, coming to Christ from the tomb like a bridegroom, and we will celebrate God's saving Easter with all festive rites.

Theotokos:

The divine rays and life-giving of the resurrection of Thy Son, Bogomati the Most Pure, is enlightened, and the pious gathering is filled with joy. You did not open the gates of virginity in incarnation, you did not break the grave of the seals, the King of creation: from the resurrected You, you see, Mother is glad.

Song 6

Irmos:

Thou hast descended into the underworld of the earth and crushed the eternal faith, containing the bound to Christ, and three days, like from the whale Jonah, thou art raised from the grave.

Having preserved the whole sign, Christ, thou art raised from the grave, the keys of the Virgin unharmed in Thy birth, and thou hast opened the doors of heaven for us.

My Savior, living and non-sacrificial slaughter, as if God Himself brought Himself to the Father by will, you resurrected the all-inclusive Adam, rose from the grave.

Theotokos:

Erected anciently held by death and corruption, incarnate from your most pure womb, to the incorruptible and everlasting life, the Virgin Mary. Descend into the underworld of the earth, into Your bed, Pure, descended, and dwelling and incarnate more than mind, and raising up Adam with Him, rose from the grave.

Kontakion, voice 8

Even if you have descended into the grave, Immortal, but you have destroyed the power of hell, and you have risen as a conqueror, Christ God, who prophesied to the myrrh-bearing wives: rejoice, and grant peace to your apostle, grant resurrection to the fallen.

Ikos

Even before the sun, the sun sometimes went down into the grave, anticipating the morning, looking like the day for the myrrh-bearer of the virgin, and a friend to friends crying out: Come, we will anoint the life-giving and buried body with the stench, the flesh of the Resurrected fallen Adam, which lies in the grave. Let us go, dragging ourselves along like magic, and bow down, and bring peace like gifts, not in swaddling clothes, but in a shroud to the entwined one, and weep and cry: O Lord, rise up, give resurrection to the fallen.

Having seen the Resurrection of Christ, let us worship the Holy Lord Jesus, the One sinless, we worship Thy Cross, Christ, and we sing and praise Thy Holy Resurrection: Thou art our God, don’t we know otherwise, we call Thy name. Come, all faithful, let us worship Christ's holy resurrection: behold, for the Cross has come the joy of the whole world. Always blessing the Lord, we sing His resurrection: having endured the crucifixion, destroy death by death. (Three times)

Jesus has risen from the grave, like a prophecy, give us an eternal belly and great mercy. (Three times)

Canto 7

Having redeemed the youth from the cave, being a man, he suffers as if he was mortal, and the mortal passion in incorruptibility will clothe grace, God is only blessed of the fathers, and glorified.

Wives from the worlds of God-wise in the footsteps of You are tempted: He is as if I am dead with tears, I bow to the rejoicing Living God, and Your secret Easter, Christ, is a disciple of the good news.

We celebrate death, the destruction of hell, the beginning of another eternal life, and playfully sing the Guilty One, the one blessed father of God and the pre-glorified one.

As if truly sacred and all-festive, this is a saving night, and a radiant, luminous day, the herald of the rise of the present: in her, the flightless Light from the coffin of the flesh ascends to all.

Theotokos:

Having killed your Son, Thy death, All-Immaculate, today, to all mortals, a gift abiding forever and ever, is One God, blessed and glorified by the Fathers. Reign over all creation, being a man, dwelt in Thy, God-gracious, womb, and having endured crucifixion and death, was resurrected godly, having made us together as omnipotent.

Song 8

This is the named and holy day, there is one Sabbath, King and Lord, holidays are feasts, and triumphs are celebrations: in onzha let us bless Christ forever.

Come, new grape of birth, divine joy, on the deliberate days of resurrection, let us partake of the Kingdom of Christ, singing Him like God forever.

Erect your eyes around you, Zion, and see: behold, I have come to you, like a shining light, from the west, and the north, and the sea, and the east of your children, in you blessing Christ forever.

Trinity:

Holy Trinity our God, glory to Thee. Father Almighty, both to the Word, and to the Soul, the three united in hypostases Nature, the Most Substantial and Most Divine, in Thee who are baptized, and we will bless Thee for all eternity.

Theotokos:

When You came into the world, the Lord, Virgin Mary, and divorced the womb of hell, resurrection is a gift to us mortals: let us bless Him forever. Thy Son, Virgin, overthrowing the whole power of death by His resurrection, as a mighty God will co-ascend us and adore us: the same we praise Him for ever.

Canto 9

Chorus:

My soul will magnify three days ago from the tomb of Christ the Life-Giver.

Irmos:

Shine, shine, the new Jerusalem: the glory of the Lord ascends upon you, rejoice now, and be glad, Zion! You, Pure One, show off, Mother of God, about the rise of Your Christmas.

Chorus:

Christ the new Easter, living sacrifice, Lamb of God, take away the sins of the world.

Oh, divine! Oh my dear! Oh, the sweetest of Your voice! With us more falsely you promised to be, until the end of the century, Christ, His faithfulness, the confirmation of the hope of property, we rejoice.

Chorus:

An angel cries out more Graceful: pure Virgin, rejoice, and pack the river, rejoice! Thy Son is risen three days from the grave, and raised up dead people, rejoice.

Oh, Easter is great and most sacred, Christ! About wisdom, and the Word of God, and Power! Give us the truth of Thy Communion, in the non-evening days of Thy Kingdom.

Theotokos:

According to Virgo, we are blessed to you in faith: Rejoice, the door of the Lord, rejoice in the animated city; Rejoice, for the sake of us now, ascend the light from You, Born from the dead, resurrection. Rejoice and rejoice, divine to the door of Light: when Jesus entered the sepulcher, he lifted up, shining the sun brighter, and illuminating the faithful all, the joyous Lady.

Exapostilarius self-agreed

Having fallen asleep in the flesh, as if it were dead, for the King and Lord, Thou art raised three days ago, Adam raised from aphids, and having abolished death: Easter of incorruption, salvation of the world. (Three times)

Thus, let sinners perish from the presence of God, and let the righteous rejoice.

The myrrh-bearers of the wife, deep in the morning, presenting themselves to the tomb of the Life-Giver, finding an angel, sitting on the stone, and telling them to her face to the verb: what are you looking for Zhivago with the dead? Why is Netlennago crying in the aphids? Come preach as His disciple.

This day, which the Lord has created, let us rejoice and rejoice in it.

Easter red, Easter, Lord's Easter! Easter is honorable to us! Easter! We will embrace each other for joy. O Pascha, deliverance of sorrow, for from the grave this day, as if Christ had risen from the palace, fulfill the verb of the women of joy: preach the apostle.

Glory, and now:

Sunday is the day, and we will enlighten ourselves with triumph, and embrace each other. Rtz, brethren, and to those who hate us, let us forgive the whole by the resurrection, and so we cry:

Christ is risen from the dead
death trampled death
and giving belly to those in the graves.

(V. Bazhanov, from the book of Archpriest G. Dyachenko "Spiritual crops", published in 1900).

5 the savior

Love for neighbors of flame,
He taught the people with humility;
He is all the laws of Moses
He subordinated love to the law.

He does not tolerate anger, nor vengeance,
He preaches forgiveness
Orders for evil to pay with good;
There is an unearthly power in Him:

To the blind He returns sight,
Gives both strength and movement
One who was both weak and lame;

He does not need recognition:
Thinking of the heart is open;
Of his gaze
No one has stood it yet;

Aiming sickness, healing flour,
Everywhere He was the Savior,
And stretched out a good hand to everyone,
And he did not condemn anyone.

(Alexei Tolstoy, from the book of Archpriest G. Dyachenko "Spiritual crops", published in 1900).

6.Love! ..

Love when everyone loves you
Love when you are cursed!
May they ruin you for love
and they will betray you with ridicule!

Love everyone, everyone! - to enemies, like brothers,
Send blessings;
Like the sun to darkness - be alien to curses:
Loving live and die!

Love, let it be holy to your heart:
It is bequeathed by Christ,
Crucified with Him on the cross
And with Him rose up with triumph!

(Pilot, 1900, No. 24).

7.To you, my Savior

To You, my Savior, I cry
I strive for You with a sick soul;
I look to You with hope
And I cry bitterly before You:

"Stretch out your holy hands to me
And wash me from sin;
I want to forget the torment of life
And only in You can we find peace.

I want with hot lips
Your name is only to call
I want repentance with tears
I beg for forgiveness.

Forgive me my insane murmur,
That grief I could not bear;
A storm of despair
Forget it, my Savior, forgive me.

I will not go to people with longing:
They don't care much about others
But before You I bow my head
And I will rest at Your feet ...

And you, like a quiet evening light,
You will pour joy into my soul,
Take out sharp thorns from your heart
And you will send me on the way,

And I will go, stay with me, -
Then the path of life is not terrible.
Savior! Be my star
So that I don't drown in the sea.

Oh teach me Savior
Which way to go
To open your abode
and find eternal happiness.

Oh give me strength, give me patience
Carry your cross and not grumble
When the stumbling block
I have to advance in life.

So that with all my soul, and not outwardly
I could forgive people everything,
So that I serve when they need it,
And I could sincerely love ... ".

(People's).

8. Don't be discouraged. There is hope - Christ

Do not be discouraged, soul, do not grieve, do not pronounce a decisive judgment on yourself for the multitude of sins, do not draw fire upon yourself, do not say: the Lord has cast me away from His face.

Such words are not pleasing to God. - Can't he who has fallen rise up? Can't he who turned away be converted? Or don't you hear what the Father's grace is towards the prodigal?

Do not be ashamed to turn, but say with boldness: Risen, I go to my Father! Get up and go.

He will accept you and will not reproach, but will rejoice more at your return. He is waiting for you; just do not be ashamed and do not hide from the face of God, like Adam.

For your sake, Christ was crucified and will he reject you? He knows who oppresses us; knows
that we have no other helper except His one.

Christ knows that man is poor. Do not give yourself over to despair and negligence, as if prepared for fire. Christ has no comfort in casting us into the fire; not an acquisition for Him to send us into the abyss for torment.

Imitate the prodigal son: leave the city starving. Come and beg, and you will see the glory of God. Your face will shine, and you will rejoice in the paradise of sweetness. Glory to the Lord Man-lover who saves us!

(Psalter of St. Ephraim the Syrian, ps 27).

Now all is filled with light, Heaven and earth and hell: may all creation celebrate the rise of Christ, in Nemzha it is affirmed.

Like a one-year-old lamb, Christ the crown blessed to us, by the will of all was slain, Easter is cleansing, and packs from the grave of the red righteousness of the Sun ascended to us.

Godfather ubo David, playing in front of the hay ark, galloping in front of the hay ark, the people of God's sanctity, the images of the sake of seeing, we rejoice divinely, as if Christ is risen, as omnipotent.

Song 5

Let us make the morning deep in the morning, and instead of peace we will bring a song to the Master, and we will see Christ, the Truth of the Sun, life is shining for everyone.

Thy immeasurable benevolence with the bonds of hell is kept in sight, to the light of Christ, with merry feet, Easter praising the eternal.

Song 6

Irmos:

Thou art descended into the underworld of the earth and crushed the eternal faith, containing the bound of Christ, and three days, like from the whale Jonah, thou art raised from the grave.

Ikos

Even before the sun, the sun sometimes went down into the grave, anticipating the morning, looking like the day for the myrrh-bearer of the virgin, and a friend to friends crying: O friend! Come, we will anoint the life-giving and buried body with the stench, the flesh of the Resurrected fallen Adam, which lies in the grave. Let us go, dragging ourselves along like magic, and bow down, and bring peace like gifts, not in swaddling clothes, but in a shroud to the entwined one, and weep and cry: O Lord, rise up, give resurrection to the fallen.

Having seen the Resurrection of Christ, let us worship the Holy Lord Jesus, the One sinless, we worship Thy Cross, Christ, and we sing and praise Thy Holy Resurrection: Thou art our God, don’t we know otherwise, we name Thy name.

Wives from the worlds of God-wise in the trace of You are tempted: He is as if I am dead with tears, I bow to the rejoicing Living God, and Your secret Easter, Christ, is a disciple of the good news.

Come, new grape of birth, divine joy, on the deliberate days of resurrection, let us partake of the Kingdom of Christ, singing Him as God for ever.

Chorus:

The angel cries out more Graceful: pure Virgin, rejoice, and pack the river, rejoice! Thy Son is risen three days from the grave, and raised up dead people, rejoice.

Oh, Easter is great and most sacred, Christ! About wisdom, and the Word of God, and Power! Give us the truth of Thy Communion, in the non-evening days of Thy Kingdom.

Theotokos:

According to Virgo, the faithful is blessed to Thee: Rejoice, the door of the Lord, rejoice in the animated city; Rejoice, for the sake of us now ascend the light from Thee, Born from the dead, resurrection.

Translation: Hieromonk AMBROSIY (TIMROT)

What kind of music is playing around us now? Maybe these are the sounds of modern songs singing to us about earthly love, female beauty and affection. Perhaps we are listening to the singing of birds singing with the joy of spring, the murmur of melt water. Let's listen again to the music of nature, it seems to me that it sings about the Resurrection. Not only about her spring resurrection, but also about the Resurrection of the One who created Her. “May God rise again” - it is poured now in the temple of God, then in the temple of nature, in the first God is glorified by people, in the second - all creation. These words are sung by the one who once uttered them for the first time - the divine David, the prophet and spiritual musician.

Psalm 67

The verses of Psalm 67 are so often heard during Easter services that we can safely call it an Easter psalm or a psalm of resurrection. Easter stichera, troparia and other hymns are, as it were, a detailed commentary on the verses of the psalm.

Let him rise again and scatter him, and let them flee from the face of Him who hate Him.

David's prophetic vision foresees the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The enemies of the Lord, as interpreted by St. Athanasius the Great, are demons, the psalmist is sure that with the resurrection of God they will scatter and scatter like smoke, for the righteous, on the contrary, it will be the greatest joy before God. This psalm depicts the solemn procession of God to Mount Sinai; it is through this image that David recalls the exodus of the chosen people from Egypt. The striking connection between these events of the Exodus and the Resurrection of Christ is described here with extraordinary grandeur. The same theme is repeated in the prokeimnas of the Bright Week. It would seem, what is the connection - the Exodus of the Jews and the Resurrection of Christ?

God for us is God for salvation; the gates of death are in the power of the Lord Almighty.

This is the connection - in the power of God was the liberation of the once chosen people, in His power and the liberation from death of all mankind.

The victory of Christ over death is the central theme of the psalm. The idea of this verse is repeated by the holy Apostle John in the Apocalypse - in the hands of Christ he sees the keys to hell and death. Christ will conquer death by His Resurrection, and the time is not far off when death and hell will be locked in nothingness forever.

This psalm seems to be written about us, marching in the procession, like us the ancient Jews from Egypt marched. we "We have seen Your procession, O God, the procession of our God, our King in the holy place." (Psalm 67,25), when you rose from the dead, when you appeared to the apostles, when you communed Luke and Cleopas. And we will follow You, for the fiery word of Your apostles. On the procession "In front were the singers, behind them playing the instruments, in the middle of the maiden with the tympans" (Psalm 67: 26), the sea of life parted around us, Egyptian chariots sank behind us. Ahead of us is Miriam and the myrrh-bearers, we go to Thy tomb to see the burial shroud, to kneel at the place where Thy body lay. “The kingdoms of the earth! Sing to God, sing praises to the Lord who has walked in the heavens of heaven from everlasting "(Ps. 67,33), and we chant "Christ is Risen!" We entered Your temple with chants, “You are terrible, O God, in Your sanctuary,” you trampled death on death, “You took captivity” (v. 19), Christ is risen!

Psalm 117

This day, the Lord have created it, let us rejoice and rejoice in it.

“What day is it besides the Lord's Sunday? What day is it, except for the day of salvation for all nations, on which the rejected stone is at the head of the corner? This is the day of the resurrection of our Savior, which received a borrowed name from Him and is called the Lord's day, here the word is understood, ”writes St. Athanasius the Great.

In itself, this psalm is interesting for the large number of quotations from it in the New Testament. The Lord Jesus Christ Himself quotes the words from it "The stone that the builders rejected ...", referring the fulfillment of the words of the psalm to Himself, and with the words from this psalm, Christ depicted the recognition of Him as the Savior: "Blessed is He Who Comes in the Name of the Lord" (Verse 26).

Here he came that day, about which the psalm speaks, the day of salvation, the new day of creation, “let us rejoice and be glad in it”. Holy saving Easter! Hail David, we have heard your call. What day did you see that you ought to rejoice on? You saw the Savior coming as a sacrifice to the slaughter: "Tie the sacrifice with ropes, lead to the horns of the altar" (Psalm 117, 27). Here He, rejected by all, died, but lives again and proclaims the works of His Father (Psalm 117, 17). Rejoice, prophet Jonah, for you portrayed the resurrection by your stay in the belly of a whale, rejoice, Moses, because the entrance to the promised land is now open for you; rejoice, Ever-Virgin Mary, "Your Son is risen, three days from the grave."

The entire festive Liturgy consists of special Easter hymns - hymns to the Risen Christ. The service is accompanied by practical, continuous chanting, which embodies the never-ending joy of the faithful. The hymns of Easter are distinguished by special majesty and solemnity, since they glorify the main event of the entire Christian world - the victory of Christ over death. They are often sung by parishioners together with the choir, and not only during the night service, but also during the Easter holidays.

Thy Resurrection, Christ the Savior, / Angels sing in heaven, / and grant us on earth / with a pure heart / praise you.

Troparion of Easter

Christ is risen from the dead, / trampling death by death / and giving life to those in the grave.

And yet thou hast descended into the grave, Bezsmertne, / but he destroyed Hell's power, / and he was resurrected, as the Conqueror, Christ the God, / to the wives of the myrrhonians the prophetic: Rejoice! / and give peace to your apostle, / give resurrection to the fallen.

Easter / sacred to us this day appears; / Easter is new holy; / Easter is mysterious; / All-fair Easter. / Easter Christ the Redeemer; / Immaculate Easter; / Great Easter; / Easter of the Faithful. / Easter opening the doors of heaven to us. / Easter that sanctifies the faithful.

An angel cries out more blessed: / pure Virgin, rejoice! / And pack the river: rejoice! / Your Son is risen / three days from the grave / and raised up dead, / people, rejoice.

Having seen the Resurrection of Christ, / let us worship the Holy Lord Jesus, / the only sinless one, / We worship Thy Cross, Christ, / and we sing and praise Thy Holy Resurrection: / Thou art our God, / don’t know otherwise, / we name Thy name. / Come, all faithful, / let us worship the Holy Resurrection of Christ: / behold, the joy of the Cross came to the whole world. / Always blessing the Lord, / we sing His Resurrection: / having endured the crucifixion, / destroy death by death.

By the wave of the sea / hiding the ancient, / the persecutor of the tormentor, under the earth hiding / the saved children; / but we, like a young woman, / we sing to the Lord, / gloriously become famous.
