    1. We wash 300 g of chicken liver in running water and cleanse the remaining veins.
    2. We grind it in a convenient way to a minced mass. I will do this with a hand blender, or you can use a regular one.

    3. We peel 1 carrot and also chop it almost to the state of puree.

    4. Combine chopped carrots with prepared minced liver and mix until smooth.

    5. Add 1 egg, a little salt and ground black pepper to the prepared mass (I add 1 pinch each, and you do it according to your taste). If you like to use any other spices in your cooking, add them too.

    6. Cut 100 g of balyk into small strips and send to the minced meat.

    7. Add 2 tbsp. l. sifted flour and stir until all the flour lumps dissolve.

    8. The resulting minced meat should be fairly liquid. We spread it on foil, bending it higher than the edge, and send it to the freezer for 30 minutes. When he freezes a little, it will be easier to sculpt the cutlets.

    9. We heat the pan as much as possible and pour 0.5 tsp. sunflower oil.

    10. Scoop the minced meat with a spoon and put it in the pan. Fry on each side for 4-5 minutes on minimum heat.

    11. We do the same until the minced meat ends.
