    I cooked eggs in mini buns, which are half the size of the usual hamburger buns. Small eggs were also used. And if you take large buns, then choose larger eggs.

    Ingredients:

    For 2 persons:

    • 2 rolls;
    • 2 eggs;

    1. First, set the oven to heat up to 170 degrees. While the oven is warming up, we start cooking breakfast.

    2. Take the buns, cut off the tops with them, carefully remove the pulp from each bun, as shown in the photographs.


    3. Cut the cheese and tomato.

    4. Put a piece of cheese on the bottom of each bun.

    5. Then on top of the cheese - a piece of tomato.

    6. Break one egg into each bun. Add a little.

    7. Put our buns on a baking sheet, cover each bun with the previously cut "lid" and put in the oven, cook for 10-15 minutes (all ovens cook differently, so be guided by your own).

    8. While the eggs are cooking in the oven, chop the herbs.

    9. When the eggs were almost done, I put another piece of cheese in each bun, on top of the eggs. There is never too much cheese!

    10. We take out our scrambled eggs in buns from the oven, sprinkle with herbs and serve. It turns out a kind of pots - very tasty and satisfying!

Because in the recipe with scrambled eggs, the egg is broken into a bun raw, and while it grabs, the bun has time to dry out. And in this recipe, the omelet is put into the "plates" of the buns already almost ready, so the bun only acquires a thin crispy crust, but inside it remains soft, plus a juicy tomato ... I recommend trying it!

    I cooked "mini-hamburger" in small buns, but if you take large, standard size, then you need 1 egg and 1 tomato for each bun.


    Ingredients:

    • 4 rolls;
    • 2 small tomatoes;
    • 2 medium eggs;
    • 3 tablespoons sour cream or cream;
    • 1-2 tablespoons of butter;
    • A bunch of green onions;
    • Salt to taste - ¼ teaspoon.

    Instructions:

    Wash the green onion and cut it into small pieces.

    Break eggs into a frying pan and mix with a fork.


    Fry for a minute, almost until the eggs are ready, and then add sour cream. Salt and mix. Another minute - and a tender, fluffy omelet is ready.

The protein should be completely baked, but the degree of roasting of the yolk is adjustable to your liking. You can bake the yolk completely, you can leave it a little thin.


    Serve the dish, sprinkle with chopped herbs on top. Oven scrambled eggs in a bun are ready! After baking, the bun acquires a ruddy and slightly crispy crust, but inside it retains its softness, so the overall taste is simply incomparable.
