    Oatmeal dough is supplemented not only with cottage cheese, raisins, nuts, chocolate are often added. To smooth out the pronounced oat flavor, it is flavored with cinnamon, lemon zest or vanilla; cocoa powder is added for flavor and color.

    To form cookies from oatmeal dough should be moistened hands, so it turns out viscous and sticks to dry palms. The optimum temperature for baking in an electric oven is 200 degrees, in a gas oven 180 degrees. On average, oatmeal cookies should be baked no longer than 15 minutes, for well-baked cookies, the dough at the break should be dry.

    Chocolate oatmeal cookies with cottage cheese

    Ingredients:

    Two glasses of large oatmeal;

    A tablespoon of flour;

    250 milliliters of milk;

    Dry starch - 30 gr.;

    Five tablespoons of powdered cocoa;

    One egg;

    One and a half glasses of sugar;

    200 gram pack of cottage cheese and half a pack of margarine;

    0.5 tablespoons of dry soda;

    Four tablespoons of powdered sugar;

    Table vinegar.

    Cooking method:

    1. Having poured oatmeal into a bowl, pour hot milk to them. Stir thoroughly, set aside for forty minutes. During this time, the flakes will soak and become soft. Be sure to stir several times so that they swell evenly.

    2. Pour flour with starch and cocoa on a sieve, sift to the swollen flakes, stir.

    3. In a separate bowl, grind the egg with sugar to white. We shift the sweet mass to oatmeal, knead everything until smooth.

    4. Wipe the curd through a metal sieve to the oatmeal dough, put softened, but not melted, margarine and again mix everything thoroughly.

    5. Now is the time to add baking powder to the dough. Pour soda into a tablespoon, add vinegar to it. Stirring with the tip of a knife, extinguish the ripper, then pour it into the dough and finally mix it well with a spoon.

    6. Close the bottom and sides of the baking sheet with parchment, grease the paper with margarine or vegetable oil. We start preheating the oven.

    7. After stirring well, spread the oatmeal dough on the prepared roasting pan and distribute evenly over it.

    8. As soon as the temperature in the oven rises to 180 degrees, install the brazier in it. We bake the oatmeal for up to thirty minutes.

    9. Ready-made cake, while still hot, cut into squares and let cool completely without removing from the baking sheet. Put the finished, suspended cookies into a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

    Delicious oatmeal cookies with cottage cheese and banana

    Ingredients:

    Small banana;

    Two selected eggs;

    Half a pack of "Peasant" butter;

    350 grams of medium-fat cottage cheese;

    Half a glass of refined sugar;

    Half a spoonful of vanilla (powder);

    400 grams of "Hercules";

    A teaspoon of the factory-made ripper.

    Cooking method:

    1. For a good oatmeal dough, you need not melted, but softened fat. Prepare butter or margarine in advance - remove from the refrigerator an hour before cooking, cut into small pieces and let soften at room temperature.

    2. We will not cook the dough from whole flakes, they must first be ground. This can be done with a blender or in a coffee grinder. It is important to get the crumb, not the flour.

    3. Pour eggs into a mixing container, add sugar and add softened butter. We rub the components with a spoon white, you can even whisk it easily, a homogeneous smooth mass should come out.

    4. Grind cottage cheese and banana into a hotel bowl on a metal sieve. Transfer the curd mass to a bowl with an oil base, add the vanilla with a ripper and mix.

    5. Having received a homogeneous mixture, begin to stir in the oat crumbs in small portions. The finished dough must necessarily turn out thick, otherwise you cannot mold neat cookie cutters. If the dough comes out thin, add a little more flake crumbs.

    6. Shape the oatmeal dough into round cakes with wet hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment. We bake at normal 180-degree heating for about half an hour.

    Diet oatmeal cookies with cottage cheese without sugar and eggs

    Ingredients:

    Fast-cooking oat flakes - 300 gr.;

    Two large, ripe bananas;

    Poppy and peeled seeds - 30 g each;

    Two spoons of honey;

    Medium fat cottage cheese - 350 gr.

    Cooking method:

    1. Grind half of the cereal with a blender or coffee grinder until flour. Having poured into a bowl, we grind bananas through a sieve.

    2. In another bowl, with the addition of honey, mix the remaining flakes, seeds and poppy seeds.

    3. Combine the honey cereal mass with the banana mixture. Add, rubbing through a sieve, cottage cheese and mix especially thoroughly.

    4. Lubricate palms with vegetable oil. Separate the oatmeal dough with a spoon, shape into small balls and flatten them a little. We put the cookie blanks on the brazier, on top of the parchment.

    5. Having installed the brazier in a preheated oven, we bake our cookies for 10 minutes, quickly turn over and bring to readiness for the same time.

    Delicate oatmeal cookies with cottage cheese and dark chocolate

    Ingredients:

    Homemade fatty cottage cheese - 50 gr.;

    A glass of dark sugar;

    Grated cinnamon - half a spoon;

    Two selected eggs;

    30 gr. quality margarine;

    Large flakes, oatmeal - 1.3 cups;

    Purchased ready-made ripper - 1/2 spoon;

    Half a glass of high-grade flour;

    Dark chocolate - 30 gr.

    Cooking method:

    1. Cut the margarine into a small saucepan and grate chocolate on a coarse grater. We place the saucepan on the "slowest" heating and, stirring, melt, then cool slowly and well.

    2. We interrupt the oatmeal with a coffee grinder into flour, mix it with baking powder.

    3. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl, pour eggs into them. Beat until foamy.

    4. Add margarine melted with chocolate to the sweet base, grind the cottage cheese here and beat well again. Into the resulting mass, we mix in independently prepared oatmeal and sown wheat flour.

    5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and moisten it abundantly with vegetable oil. We start the oven to warm up to the recommended 180 degrees.

    6. Moisten a tablespoon with water, separate the oatmeal dough and spread it in small cakes over the brazier. We bake for about 20 minutes, until bright golden color.

    Oatmeal cookies with cottage cheese in a fur coat - "Assorted"

    Ingredients:

    A pound of cottage cheese;

    Two ripe bananas, total weight 300 gr .;

    40 gr. white coconut flakes;

    Powdered cocoa - 100 gr.;

    40 gr. sesame seed;

    Peeled peanuts - 60 gr.;

    300 grams of "no cooking" flakes.

    Cooking method:

    1. Put part of the curd into a dry container of a blender. Break into small pieces, add one banana to it and beat thoroughly. We spread the resulting mass in a bowl, and load a new portion of cottage cheese and a banana into the bowl, interrupt and combine with the previously prepared mixture.

    2. Beating the curd-banana mass with a mixer, gradually add cocoa powder. Further, continuing to stir with a spoon, stir in the oatmeal in small portions.

    3. Tighten the bowl with the prepared dough with a film, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

    4. Prepare the sprinkling. After drying the peanuts in a dry frying pan, cool completely. Grind the nuts into crumbs with a blender. Sprinkle nut crumbs, sesame seeds and coconut flakes in different bowls.

    5. Turn on the oven to heat up, take the oatmeal dough out of the refrigerator. Cover the baking sheet with parchment or foil. It is advisable to grease the paper well, otherwise the cookies may stick.

    6. Tear off a little dough from the common piece, roll it into a ball, then roll it in one of the sprinkles. Slightly flatten, put on a baking sheet.

    Ingredients:

    Large egg;

    40 grams of brown sugar;

    Two-thirds of a standard pack of "Farm" butter;

    2 gr. vanilla sugar;

    A teaspoon of grated lemon zest;

    180 g oat flakes;

    A spoonful of pitted light raisins;

    60 grams of cottage cheese and 40 grams of almonds.

    Cooking method:

    1. Dry the flakes a little in the oven, so turn on the oven right away for heating.

    2. After measuring the required amount of oatmeal in a colander, shake it several times to remove the flour.

    3. Sprinkle the flakes on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Dry for 20 minutes. Stir every five minutes to brown evenly. Pour the dried flakes into a bowl and leave to cool completely.

    4. Scald the raisins with boiling water and, after thoroughly rinsing, sprinkle on a towel. Grind the almonds into small crumbs with a blender. Pre-fry the nuts for more flavor.
