"I am being leaked trustworthy information" - about the investigation of Boshirov Chepiga and the flight of Yanukovych

Journalist Sergei Kanev, a former employee of Novaya Gazeta who now works at the Dossier Center of Mikhail Khodorkovsky, left Russia more than a week ago because of information about an impending provocation against him. Now Kanev, according to him, is in the Baltics. Before leaving, he published several high-profile publications - in particular, he became a co-author of the investigation by The Insider and Bellingcat about Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov, whom the British authorities accuse of poisoning the Skripals.

    - What do you think this provocation is connected with? With publications about Petrov and Boshirov?
    - This is a complex of reasons. Petrov and Boshirov, of course, arouse particular malice. We are not just saying - yes, here they are GRUs, servicemen. We tell in detail: what, where, when, down to the numbers of certificates, military units. I've learned that, it turns out, Boshirov received fines for parking on the lawn. They did not come to him, or rather, to the apartment where he was allegedly registered. These are the details.

    - Tell us about Boshirov - did you say you have data that he took Yanukovych out?
    - I can't really tell you anything here. I have a man who has served in the GRU for thirty years. I refer to it. He said that Chepiga-Boshirov was there with the group. I cannot double-check this.

    - That is, you know the story about Yanukovych from the words of this Grushnik?
    - I found him by accident - he served for thirty years, but he is very active, he does not have enough money. He posted his resume on the Superjob website, with a phone number. I noticed him there, we began to communicate. I constantly look at these databases; there are a lot of interesting people there.

    - How long have you communicated with him?
    - I spoke to him the day before yesterday. I just started writing material - I called him. He tells me:
“I've already told you everything about this Chepigu. The only thing I saw him among those who took out Yanukovych. At first they tried to go to Donetsk, but it didn’t work, then through the Crimea ”.

I, he says, noticed him. And also the men, who later made up the leadership of Wagner's PMC.
I don’t call him now - I’ll call him later, although he’s unlikely to add anything else.
I have not been there, I cannot double-check. But he leaks me trustworthy information. Previously, I did not ask him about Boshirov.

    - About the Hero of Russia also from him information?
    - There they are very jealous of such things: who received the Hero for what. Therefore, the conversation turned on: Boshirov got a hero for Yanukovych. That's the point, that's why Grushnik started up. For them, awards are a sore subject.

You also said that because of publications about Petrov and Boshirov, a criminal article could be applied to you. Disclosure of state secrets?
    - Of course, there may be disclosure of personal data, state secrets - depending on what order comes from above. Some secret witnesses will be found who will say that Kanev gave a bribe to the general of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Drug addicts will be recruited, and on the basis of their testimony they can do anything.

    - That is, until the situation is resolved, you can't go back?
    - I realized that now I have no way back for a long time. It's a shame, of course. I planned so many things. Well, there is a certain standard of living: I got up in the morning, got behind the wheel, went, went to the pond, my beloved, talked with friends. I am deprived of this, I am very worried.

But on the other hand, I wake up every morning - I have lost the constant feeling of danger and anxiety. This is not the case: I do not expect that from every corner a patriot will jump out and say - you are an enemy of Russia.

This happened more than once, the last time a man with a camera ran after me, saying that I had sent the guys to die in Africa, and now I'm sitting here on a bench, eating ice cream. Can you imagine?

It is clear that he will not be able to squeeze out anything more about Yanukovych's flight. the smell of fried, and the source is afraid that he will be figured out. But I really hoped that some details would come up.

There are two problems that prevent me from sleeping. Why did Saakashvili begin shelling Tskhinvali and why did Yanukovych run, who called him, after which he fled?

The fact that his Russian special forces were taken out of course is important, but here's the call - the call is super important

If Sergey Kanev's signature had not been signed under the investigation by Insider and Bellingcat, perhaps a little more people would have believed in him. Well, this is just a "black mark" of non-professionalism.

    Great psychic power "expert".

Often, the veracity of any journalistic investigation, statement or sensation is perceived by the reader based not on the facts and arguments of the material, but much easier and faster - by looking at the author's name. And this is logical: it is quite difficult, if not impossible, for the reader to check the truth of everything written, most often, and the only guarantee of the text's conscientiousness is the honest name of its creator. And just about honest names will be discussed. More precisely, about not entirely honest. More specifically, about liars and scoundrels.

The tension around the confrontation between Great Britain and Russia in the "Skripal affair" seems to have reached its apotheosis. The interviews between Petrov and Boshirov, which many considered insufficiently convincing, nevertheless, by themselves, did not yet confirm the English point of view about the involvement of these people in the Russian special services. But there were many "well-wishers" (by no means, of course, not disinterested), seeking to pull this point of view by the ears. The result was the emergence of a (almost lightning-fast) joint investigation by the well-known team of "open source investigators" Bellingcat and The Insider, from which materials were used - attention! - Russian journalist Sergei Kanev.

Let's start with the well-known fact that Bellingcat - freelance unit Mi-6 , as well as such a nuance that this "sharashkin office" "goes to bed" with whoever it gets - meaning that the selection of experts for this or that investigation is carried out extremely carelessly, not to say - give a damn. For example, in the search for those responsible for the downing of Boeing MH-17, Bellingcat did not find anything better than to take it as a co-author. This time, apparently, it turned out exactly the same. Instead of reinforcing the authority of the investigation with the name of the author, it turned out exactly the opposite - his discrediting.

Maria Zakharova was ironically surprised that this time they entrusted Sergei Kanev with "tearing off the veils" - a man who had already once (more precisely, far from once, just the most resonant case) fell for a huge lie :.

Just for the sake of form, we remind that Kanev is such an active employee of the "Investigation Management Center" under the auspices of Mikhail Khodorkovsky that he was even nominated as his employee for the title of "Best Journalist of 2017" on the Dozhd TV channel (however, according to the results of the vote, he did not even enter in the top ten nominees). Kanev is now working for Khodorkovsky entirely and selflessly, since the beginning of 2017, regularly issuing investigations “on the mountain” just on “Skripal” topics - for example, about allegedly Middle Eastern ties "Novichok" ... Kanev proudly confirms his collaboration with Bellingcat: "As an honest pioneer, I won't lie: well, yes, I had a hand." .

What surprised Maria Zakharova so much? She was surprised by the fact that in 2004 Sergey Kanev became a real falsifier of history on an especially large scale and, importantly, with particular cynicism. This is what the repost of the record of the historian Alexander Dyukov is dedicated to:

The film "The NKVD and the Gestapo: a marriage of convenience" itself is not easy to find now, but stills from it have survived, and most importantly, monstrous, without exaggeration, consequences are known.

Dyukov devoted his text "The Soviet Story": The Mechanism of Lies "to a large and detailed exposure of this fake, where he reveals the role of Kanev in throwing a deliberate" disinformation ": “The new“ General Agreement ”was put into circulation through the journalist of the NTV television company, Sergei Kanev, who specialized in crime chronicles. As Kanev himself stated, "the person who brought this folder said that the document was genuine, from L. Beria's personal archive."... The very phrase "a genuine document from Beria's personal archive" should cause a critical-minded person to burst into laughter and a condolent look at the dreamer, but this perfectly shows the level of Kanev's conscientiousness, as well as his professionalism - Sergei is used to either swallowing any bait without "chewing", or, more likely, he himself participated in the creation of forgeries. In the first case, he is just a narrow-minded and talentless dilettante, in the second - a skillful swindler.

Most likely the second. And here Kanev's connections with such a seemingly opposite direction to the liberal camp as Russian anti-Soviet nationalists look very interesting. Here is the first version of the "General Agreement of the NKVD and the Gestapo" held by the patriarch of Russian (even Soviet) anti-Semitism Dmitry Vasiliev. Kanev will simply "comb" this "linden", making it a little less implausible. Did they act in concert - or were both Kanev and Vasiliev pawns in the hands of those who would later create a "complete picture" of the alleged participation of the USSR in unleashing the Holocaust, embodied in the film "Soviet History"?

This film - incredibly tendentious and deceitful - was just a "constellation" of the names of those who devoted their entire lives to denigrating our Motherland. Here and Victor Suvorov-Rezun, and Vladimir Bukovsky, and Boris Sokolov and even the ex-president of the USSR Mikhail Gorbachev. All of them harmoniously broadcast that the Soviet Union competed with the Third Reich in inhumanity, often collaborating with the Nazis hand in hand. And in the same place - this Kanev-Vasilyevsky lie about the NKVD and the Gestapo. What is extremely characteristic, Kanev still

    Maze

In 2011, Sergei Kanev lost two children: 25-year-old Ivan and 22-year-old Ekaterina.

    Ivan and Katya

How my children were killed. Investigation by Sergei Kanev

Dear Kremlin, White House, Lubyanka, Zhitnaya, 16 (Ministry of Internal Affairs), Ilyinka, 21 (Ministry of Health and Social Development) and Maroseyka, 12 (Gosnarkokontrol). Is it okay if I call you "dear"? This is what Russian policemen (former cops) prefer to call ordinary citizens. For example: "Dear, show your pockets!" Or: "We close our mouth, dear!" And how much contempt they put into this venerable word ...

So, dear. I am a crime reporter for Novaya Gazeta Sergei Kanev, my mother is Nina Alekseevna (a labor veteran) and my father is Vladimir Ivanovich (a working pensioner) in the last two months we have been living as if during the Great Patriotic War: from funeral to funeral. On March 7, the son (grandson) Ivan died, and on April 23, the daughter (granddaughter) Ekaterina.

    Ivan

First, about Ivan. He died of a drug overdose. According to preliminary information, the "dope" was given to him by the Otradnoye police department - in exchange for information about drug dealers. According to another version, Ivan died from another dose of tropicamide.

Especially for you I inform you: tropicamide is an eye drop, but drug addicts go with a bang, because the effect is like from heroin (only after three months vision, memory are lost, organs rot, tissue detaches from the skeleton).

According to his son, he bought this very tropicamide in a pharmacy near the Petrovsko-Razumovskoye railway platform (owner of Van and K LLC).

Half of Moscow and the nearest Moscow region know about this pharmacy, which sells codeine-containing drugs without a prescription. I interviewed traders from the market, security guards, Russian Railways employees, and they told what was going on here:

Anna, sunglasses salesman: « Impossible to work! Drug addicts constantly steal goods, and then go to this nasty pharmacy».

Natalya, controller of Russian Railways: « My child needed medicine for a cold. I went to the pharmacy, and there were three drug addicts. One began to grab his bag and threaten with a screwdriver. I barely ran away».

Nikolay, market guard: « Nariks come here in droves. How many times have chased, but all is useless. The pharmacy works for the cops. They just come out and immediately start using drugs. The whole area is in syringes».

Vladimir, market guard: « I see one expanding right outside the pharmacy. I approached, and he told me: “Step aside, I am a speed carrier, and I have nothing to lose!»

    What turned out

Judging by the Business-Info directory, two Van and K LLC are registered in the capital, and both are selling medicines. One was established by a native of Armenia Gohar Markarian, another - Artur Matevosyan.

We managed to learn a little about Mr. Matevosyan: he was born in Yerevan in 1970. He served in the Primorsky Territory (military unit 86648), then settled in a hostel in the city of Krasnoyarsk, and now lives in Shchelkovo.

Reporters from Novaya Gazeta contacted Matevosyan via the Internet. Here is his answer:

« I sold the above company a long time ago (in 2002). But I wonder if this firm exists? If yes, then write the address and we will figure it out».

The following was revealed about Mrs. Markarian. According to some sources, she was born in Yerevan in 1965, according to others - in 1963. Graduated from the Yerevan Zoological and Veterinary Institute (ERZVI). Spouse - Yenok Khojoyan(sometimes he appears as the head physician of the Central Dermatovenerologic Dispensary and has a driver's license in the name of Gennady Khojoyan).

In addition to Van and K, Goar Yuryevna established Good Mom LLC (a network of pharmacies in the north-east of the capital). Recently, the couple traveled around the world, and their youngest daughter graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy (MSLA) and is going to enter the service in the Moscow prosecutor's office. In her correspondence with me, Mrs. Markarian said that she had nothing to do with the pharmacy business, they say, "she was confused with someone."

However, some details have emerged. It turns out that on February 19, 2011 (my son was still alive), Gosnarkokontrol together with the pro-Kremlin movement Nashi, within the framework of the Pharmacies Without Drugs project, held a joint action near the pharmacy on the Petrovsko-Razumovskoye platform. The drug police found several dozen packs of tropicamide, but there were no certificates for this drug in the pharmacy.

Further, I quote from the Nashi website: “ The director of the pharmacy and his wife reacted extremely negatively to the video filming that the activists were filming in the pharmacy. A decent-looking married couple of entrepreneurs rushed into a fight, trying to break the video cameras and push the project participants out of the pharmacy. However, soon after that, the director's mood changed, and he began to peacefully communicate with the project manager, explaining that he sells drugs, because otherwise “there is nothing to pay for rent” and that it is better to let drug addicts buy in his pharmacy than “go to inject heroin somewhere ". The project manager made a firm promise from the director that from tomorrow the over-the-counter sales of nalbuphine, zaldiar and tropicamide in the pharmacy will stop. The entire conversation was recorded on a hidden camera. In the near future, the activists will check whether the director's promise is being fulfilled ...»

Then on March 15 (on that day I buried my son) " Ours "again picketed the pharmacy:" The time has come for decisive action. Activists of the Movement physically blocked the entrance to the pharmacy with concrete blocks and pasted over it with stickers depicting the owner of the pharmacy and the inscription “Pharmacist-drug dealer, stop poisoning people!».

I contacted Ilya Roslyakov, the head of the Pharmacy Without Drugs project, and sent him a photo of Markaryan and Khojoyan. Ilya confirmed that the photographs show the very people who threatened the Nashi activists and tried to break the video camera (the video is available in the editorial office).

Dear Kremlin, White House, Lubyanka, Zhitnaya, 16, Ilyinka, 21, and Maroseyka, 12. Pharmacy LLC "Van and K" near the Petrovsko-Razumovskoye platform continues to work and sells codeine-containing drugs to the neighboring youth without prescriptions. And not only during the day, but also at night (after closing, a young man appears at the door and sells the "tropic" until the morning). And, as the drug addicts themselves say, this institution is allegedly covered by an operative from the Leningradsky Railway Station Department of Internal Affairs.

On April 27, another emergency happened at the door of the pharmacy: an 18-year-old drug addict E. from Khimki lost consciousness. An ambulance arrived, the doctors gave the poor fellow to smell ammonia and with the words: "When will this cloaca be closed?" - went to another call.

In total, there are about thirty pharmacies in the capital that sell over-the-counter nalbuphine, zaldiar and tropicamide. Knowledgeable people say that half of the pharmacies are allegedly covered by the capital's police, the other - by the Drug Control. Some argue that this illegal business is allegedly supervised by the structures of thief in law Aslan Usoyan (Ded Hasan).

    Catherine

Dear Kremlin, White House, Lubyanka, Zhitnaya, 16, Ilyinka, 21, and Maroseyka, 12. Before I had time to bury my son, trouble came to my house again: 22-year-old daughter Ekaterina died without regaining consciousness in the hospital . Lobni. Diagnosis: closed head injury and cerebral edema.

On April 15, my daughter and I sat on Ivan's forty days and cried. Ekaterina told me: “ Daddy, Vanya did not leave you grandchildren, but I give birth».

On April 17, 2011 at 21.00, Ekaterina left the house at the request of her friend Murtazi Tsabutashvili nicknamed Murzik... Five hours later, Murzik brought Katya to the hospital unconscious. He said nothing and, taking with him her money, an expensive cell phone and a jacket, disappeared in an unknown direction.

According to preliminary information, Tsabutashvili forcibly took Yekaterina to the village of Novoseltsevo near Moscow, where the cafe "Far from Wives" is located, and severely beat her there.

Far from Wives is a popular place where clients bring prostitutes from the Yaroslavl Highway ( territory of the Department of Internal Affairs in Mytishchi, head - Colonel Igor Yakovlev). There are separate houses with beds and a bathhouse, and among the visitors you can often see officials, security officers, police officers and bandits.

Apparently, Katya began to resist, and Murzik attacked her with fists.

As the daughter's friends said, for a long time Tsabutashvili pursued Katya, extorted money from her and sought intimacy. Although he has a common-law wife and three children.

It turns out that a year ago Tsabutashvili had already dismissed his filthy hands (administrative material was found in the Lobnya police station). But Catherine did not complain and persuaded her mother and friends not to tell me anything.

You see, Katya was a very responsible, independent and kind girl. She worked as a senior salesperson in the children's goods store and fed all the yard cats (Musya's cat and kitten are still waiting for her at the entrance). She knew that I was writing materials about corrupt cops, thieves in law and security officers and that I had enough enemies. Therefore, instead of telling me about Tsabutashvili, my daughter secretly filed a complaint with the police. However, two months later they sent her an answer that she had made a wrong statement ...

    How the daughter died

Ekaterina was in a state of deep coma, and I rushed between the intensive care unit, my parents, the police, the prosecutor's office, the Georgian diaspora and the computer. Here is a brief chronicle of those terrible days:

April 19... I saw my daughter in a hospital bed, and tears came. At 23.30 I called the resuscitation officer of the Lobno hospital: Katya is still in a coma. The doctors ordered plasma. Asked not to bother until morning.

April 20 8.00... Katya did not come to her senses. Doctors asked to bring baby food. They will be tube fed.

April 20 9.00... More than two days have already passed since the daughter is in a coma. I called the intensive care unit again. The doctor on duty began to tell how Katya came to her senses and was on the mend. Then she clarified her surname and apologized - she confused it with another patient. "And yours is really bad ..."

I went to the police: "Serega, we are looking for this bastard ..." True, a criminal case has not yet been opened and no one has been found. And the police do not have a clear photo of Murtazi Tsabutashvili. I'll bring another photo myself. And I will post photos of Murtazi around the city.

Grandma prays and cries. I am afraid that it will not stand ...

23.10 ... There is no improvement. Tsabutashvili's photo was shown on TV Lobnya, NTV and TV Center. The information was posted by the site "Echo of Moscow". Tomorrow promises "MK".

April 21 13.10... Ekaterina's condition did not improve (coma). I pasted the remaining leaflets with Tsabutashvili's photos around the city. And my father went with leaflets to the villages around Lobnya. Then he came to Tsabutashvili's house, but no one opened the door. I talked with the locals. They reported that Tsabutashvili was allegedly involved in the resale of stolen cars and petty drug trafficking. He also disappeared all day in an underground gaming club near Lobnya station (the club still works at night). One of the taxi drivers complained about Tsabutashvili: "I borrowed money and won't give it back."

He met with representatives of the Georgian diaspora in Lobnya (the clan of the thief in law of Kardava - Vakha Sukhumsky, who was killed in 2005), they promised to help in the search for Murtazi. Then he went to the city prosecutor's office. Prosecutor Lobnya, Mr. Sizov, at first balked, but after a reminder of the working illegal gambling club, he swore an oath that today the investigators would open a criminal case under Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing grievous bodily harm).

April 22 15.00... Catherine's condition worsened. The pressure has dropped and there are no muscle reflexes. My girl is all swollen ...

April 23 9.10 am... Catherine's condition is unchanged. The doctor said she needed computer equipment to scan her brain. There is no such equipment in the Lobny hospital. However, he warned that it was extremely dangerous to transport it (other doctors swore in despair and scolded the authorities).

14.00. I checked my mail. At night, readers of “Novaya” from Germany sent a message: “Dear Sergei! We are ready to transport Katya to Germany at our own expense, pay for the treatment and your accommodation. "

Also, a doctor from Germany (Russian by nationality) approached via a "personal" and offered to consult doctors from Lobnensk. Sent a bunch of links and a list of equipment. I showed it to our doctors - they never dreamed of this.

18.00 ... Catherine's condition is unchanged. Only devices support her life. The heart contracts from impotence.

A source in the hospital said that in the evening the orderlies from the morgue were spinning around Katya and whispering about something. We were with the investigator. Finally, a criminal case was opened. I will remember for the rest of my life - criminal case No. 37373.

19.00. They called from the intensive care unit: " Your Katya is dead ...»

April 24... With the help of the natives of Georgia, police officers from the Lobnya Department of Internal Affairs detained Tsabutashvili. He confessed that he had allegedly hit Catherine out of jealousy.

... We buried Catherine in a wedding dress and veil at the Perepechenskoye cemetery. A lot of people came to say goodbye. Buried on the birthday of the deceased son. On this day, Ivan was supposed to be 26 years old.

And a few days later, in the same intensive care unit, another girl died, with approximately the same diagnosis ... Maybe someone will give this hospital a tomograph, since the state is not able to do this?

This is what I think, dear Kremlin, the White House, Lubyanka, Zhitnaya, 16, Ilyinka, 21, and Maroseyka, 12. Having lost two children in such a short time, fathers usually take up axes, go to the mountains to partisan, and more often they just get drunk ... But I will not mend lynching or drink bitter. Let Tsabutashvili be judged by the law! With trebled energy I will engage in investigative journalism on Novaya and on TV and tell citizens about your corrupt and soulless subordinates, for the sake of my dead children, whom I could not protect.

P.S. Thanks to everyone who supported our family in difficult times and helped in organizing the funeral.

    Death of a son

Experience of investigating a personal tragedy

By the time the State Drug Control Service (GNK) was created in 2002, which was supposed to fight the drug mafia and identify supply channels, the drug field had long been divided: FSB officers covered suppliers, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs controlled the sale - and it is clear that new competitors are absolutely no one were not needed. As a result, instead of drug lords, drug policemen or enthusiasts from non-governmental funds to combat drug addiction began to appear in the dock. Meanwhile, there were more and more drugs in the country, and now Russia is simply overwhelmed with it - 60 thousand Russians die every year from heroin alone.

In mid-March, grief came to my family. In fact, when children die from drugs, parents usually hide the cause of death, telling others: “I was sick for a long time” or “my heart stopped unexpectedly” ... And I don’t want to be silent!

    Premonition

My mother was the first to sound the alarm: a photograph of her grandson suddenly fell from the wall.

Sonny, go to Ivan. Something happened to him ...

Ivan lived in Khovrin alone and came to us every two or three days (to eat grandmother's borscht and take food), and then it was the fifth day ...

I went - I found a closed door with a key inserted from the inside and a note: "Call louder, I can sleep soundly." It became even more alarming after the neighbors told that this piece of paper had been hanging for several days. I began to ring, hammer on the door, but there was deathly silence in the apartment.

The half-asleep officer on duty at the Zapadnoye Degunino police station reluctantly listened to me and advised me to go to the police station to the police station. Ours was not there, and the major came from another area. He began to call the Emergencies Ministry to open the door. After 40 minutes, lifeguards arrived and we went up to the floor.

    Ten years ago

My wife died long ago, and Vanka was raised by my grandmother, grandfather and me. He grew up a restless guy and could alienate everything. But every time I consoled myself with the thought that he would go crazy and follow in my footsteps (I, too, in my youth was not distinguished by exemplary behavior): with a microphone in my hands, he would “kill” corrupt officials, cops, security officers, friendly authorities and swindlers. I constantly took Vanka with me, slowly taught me how to write lyrics, and a couple of times he even took part in the filming for Vremechka.

One day he came home smelling of tobacco smoke:

Dad, do you know that there is a fraternity of thieves?

And he began to tell with rapture that the prison is not as terrible as it is described, to say something about soft drugs and thieves in law, who are very courageous and fair people.

All this is nonsense, son, - I convinced Ivan. - Drugs are certain death. Thieves are not brothers, but accomplices, who just not to work, but to steal something.

As it turned out, the hostile propaganda was conducted by Uncle Tolyan, who served a ten-year prison term for murder, who settled in the basement of our house (he stabbed his wife due to drunkenness). After his release, he returned to his apartment and found a new owner - a district police officer registered there. Tolyan tried to pump his license, but the policeman hinted that he could issue him a second trip to the Tyumen zone right tomorrow.

Of course, the ex-felon needed food, money for booze and weed. He gathered the courtyard boys around him and began to tell them about the wonderful prison life, the right thieves and goats-guardians. And they listened to his tales and dragged him sandwiches and money.

Almost every evening our apartment turned into a discussion club. Ivan drew crosses and rings on his hands with a fountain pen and began to insert thieves into the conversation. I went to the basement:

Listen, Tolyan, stop fooling the boys' heads, - I began.

What are you, the cops? he replied viciously.

Three days later, I visited Tolyan's apartment, where the district police officer now lived. Everything repeated exactly the opposite:

What are you, criminals? - from the doorway he began.

And a week later, Tolyan disappeared. According to neighbors, a police car arrived late at night and was taken away in an unknown direction.

    Body

It took the rescuers only two minutes to turn the key in the lock. Together with the major, we entered the apartment. My heart was pounding at a frantic speed, until the very last moment I hoped that Ivan “hung up” with some girl - that’s why he doesn’t open it. But then it immediately smelled of death, and everything became clear.

The son died in his sleep. There was a cell phone next to the bed and a TV set. Ivan's death changed so much that even I did not recognize him (I only recognized him by his tattoo).

This is not my son. Mine is blond, but here the hair is red.

An expert will come and figure it out, - replied the major.

The neighbors came out, groaned and went to bed. Then an agent from some funeral home appeared and spread photos of the coffins on the steps. And the district police officer began to call the duty officer, experts and operatives. But no one wanted to come: the district task force was on some kind of execution on the Leningradskoe highway, and the local expert said that he had only recently had dinner.

While they were standing at the entrance, the district police officer began to tell that on his "land" every week young people from 20 to 25 years old die from drugs. And he secretly told about illegal gambling clubs, which are covered by the prosecutor's office.

When these clubs are shut down, prosecutors will make smart faces and jump aside. And they will ask me, - complained the major.

The experts and the corpse wagon arrived only in the morning and, having packed Ivan's body in a black bag, was taken to the forensic morgue No. 2.

    Five years ago and after

After Tolyan disappeared, the son noticeably moved away from us and began to skip school. It happened that I did not come home to spend the night and we called all the morgues and hospitals.

Ivan was imprisoned for stealing a cell phone, and dating, picking up parcels, phone calls from the zone in the middle of the night and constant money transfers entered our life.

Meanwhile, our yard was literally empty - in the evenings there were no young voices. Some of the guys got on a needle, others began to sell drugs.

The prison epic flew by quickly, and by the time the son was released, four of his friends had died of an overdose, and six received prison sentences.

We waited for Ivan with impatience and hoped that he would start a new life. But the optimistic mood vanished quickly - Ivan admitted that he began to use drugs in the Penza zone. Including tried hard drugs.

Where did you get the drugs? I asked.

Guards and cops were selling. We called them "legs."

Ivan flew off the "coils" a week after his return, and I had to move to his apartment as a watchman. A real hell began: things and money were constantly disappearing from the house, syringes were lying everywhere and several times I had to fight some scumbags. Every day passed according to the same scenario: in the morning Ivan swore and swore that he would tie up, and in the evening he came "stuck" with another addict friend.

Wherever I did not go: to the police, and to drug treatment clinics. To be honest, we were even ready to pay to put Ivan back in prison - just to isolate him from new acquaintances. But the policemen only shrugged their shoulders or hinted at "unaffordable" sums, and the narcologists demanded the son's consent to treatment (he categorically refused).

For example, in one OVD I was offered to put Ivan in prison for five thousand dollars, and in another they agreed for half the price, but on the condition that they would hang on him a robbery of an apartment or three tents in the area. Of course, I did not go to such deals.

Once in a box from under a CD I found a "check" with powder and asked Ivan where he got money for expensive drugs?

Do you remember when the opera from the Otradnoye police station detained me for stealing coffee in a supermarket?

I agreed to cooperate with the cops and have already passed one huckster. So they paid off with "gerychem".

How could you, son? - I was taken aback.

It used to be a trap, but now many drug addicts do it.

About a month before his death, Ivan suddenly stopped using drugs and offered me to make material about the cops who cover the drug den (only in our area he indicated five addresses). He seemed to wake up from a terrible dream, cleaned the room and began to smile. Joyful, I went on a business trip, and when I returned, the suitcase fell out of my hands: syringes were scattered everywhere, and my son and two drug addicts were "sticking out" in the kitchen. While I was on a business trip, my son began to inject sleeping pills mixed with eye drops. According to Ivan, a cop from the police station at the Yaroslavsky railway station sold him “drugs”, and when he had a day off, he bought it at a pharmacy near the Petrovsko-Razumovskoye platform. The sales scheme was as follows: until 22.00 without a prescription with an overpayment, and after closing, a young man appeared at the building and traded until the morning.

Immediately after the funeral, I visited this institution (the owner of the pharmacy LLC Irina Pharma Sever). A drug addict was stamping at the door and shooting money from passers-by.

Why do you need money? I asked.

You need to sting, - he winced.

    Combating drug addiction

In early February, I contacted a public organization dealing with the treatment of drug addicts (pulling from the needle). They refused to help me:

    - Why?

We are pressed by cops, like Yegor Bychkova from the City Without Drugs Foundation. Maybe the situation will improve in the summer.

In the meantime, the theater of the absurd called "the fight against the drug mafia" was shown on TV almost every day. It was especially amusing to watch the head of the Drug Control Viktor Ivanov (a former Chekist). Here is one of his most recent statements: “The transnational organization of the drug state and drug economy in Afghanistan reflects the fundamental fact that drug production in the southern regions of the planet is steadily following the geopolitical tensions generated primarily by the foreign military presence. It is no coincidence that over the past twenty years we have witnessed the phenomenon of migration of heroin drug production in the geographical space of the so-called "golden triangle", which owes its origin to the war in Indochina, to Afghanistan. "

Translating into normal language: the American military and NATO are to blame for the growing flow of drugs from Afghanistan to Russia.

Looking at the "stung" son, I wanted to shout to Mr. Ivanov: "What are you looking for those to blame in distant Afghanistan, when cops and security officers are selling drugs under your nose?"

Especially for Comrade Ivanov, I tell you what story happened to his subordinates recently. Three months before Ivan's death, I was approached by relatives of the arrested officers of the UFSKN in Moscow Mavlyudov, Olendarev, Cherkasov, Budnov and trainee Arslanov. The bottom line is this: on April 10, 2009, agent Sachs came to the department and said that the day before, together with a drug addict friend named Viktor (the nickname Bald is an FSB agent, the name is in the editorial office), he visited an apartment on Minskaya Street, where they sell heroin. At the same time, Sachs assured that he personally saw a jar of heroin, high-precision scales and communicated with a drug dealer nicknamed Bulgarian.

The scheme for selling drugs was as follows: a Bulgarian made a bookmark with drugs at the doorway and after receiving money by phone, he told him where the dose was.

The FSKN operatives established surveillance of the apartment and soon detained the Bulgarin and his partner who had resisted.

The search gave nothing, and the hucksters refused to voluntarily give out the potion. And forty minutes later, special forces soldiers unexpectedly burst into the apartment and handcuffed the UFSKN officers (the detainees claimed that they had been severely beaten). The drug police officers were charged with abuse of office, robbery and extortion (a little later extortion and robbery were excluded).

As it turned out, from the very beginning, the special operation was carried out under the control of the Economic Security Service (SEB) of the FSB, and the Bulgarian and his partner were active Chekists (the names are in the editorial office). They rented an apartment on Minsk Street in advance, installed hidden video cameras there and, with the help of their informant Lysyi, lured agent Sachs. And this despite the fact that there is the fifth article of the Federal Law No. 101 FZ "On Operational Investigative Activities" (ORD), where it is written in black and white: or indirectly to commit illegal actions (provocation) ”.

According to the lawyers, an agent of the FSKN Sachs (an experienced drug addict), who could hardly stand on his feet, was invited to one of the court sessions. To everyone's surprise, the informer began to testify in favor of the prosecution, and the judge, without explaining the reasons, forbade the defense to ask counter questions (in a private conversation, Sachs admitted that he had been recruited by the FSB). As a result, the drug police were sentenced to five years in prison.

It should be added that the department of the UFSKN for ZAO was considered the best in the Moscow region and the defendants were repeatedly encouraged by the management.

I managed to meet with one of the employees, and he put forward two versions of why they began to press the unit (the audio recording is available in the editorial office):

Six months before our arrest, we detained a native of Tajikistan with two kilograms of heroin. An hour later, some people began to call us and offered to resolve the issue in an amicable way. Then a man with a Chekist crust arrived and began to threaten trouble in the service. In short, we sent him to all four directions. In parting, he said that we will regret it. And a week later, we removed from the needle student Pavel Ch., Whose mother and father are current employees of the FSB central office. A mother came to the department and began to threaten with prison terms. Apparently, these were not empty threats.

    - And how do you work now?

The department is simply paralyzed. The agents constantly report on new drug sales outlets, but no one works at addresses - everyone is afraid of new provocations from the FSB. And the most offensive thing is that the leadership is not even trying to protect us.

How this story will end is still unknown. The defendants filed a complaint with the Strasbourg court, and, most likely, it will make a decision that a pure provocation was undertaken against the drug police, and the Russian taxpayers will pay multimillion-dollar compensation out of their own pockets.

    Morgue and funeral

In the morgue, besides me, seven more people were drawing up documents. We started talking. As it turned out, a family from Chertanov had a son stabbed in a fight, a man from Taganka had a daughter in an accident, and a young woman from Strogin, while she was vacationing in Thailand, had a mother died.

Among those present were, so to speak, "colleagues" in grief - a family from Cheryomushki.

We bury our second son in two months, - said the father. The elder was found in some basement with a syringe in his hands, while the junior was never pumped out by the doctors. Damn those drugs and those who sell them! I would have strangled them all with my own hands!

Ivan was buried next to his mother at the Perepechensky cemetery. All the way back, grandmother cried, and relatives whispered about “ Look how many young people are lying in the cemetery ...».

“I am a professional military man by education, I was engaged in encryption systems, hidden command and control of troops. that there are many opportunities in it, it allows me to develop, implement interesting projects. So it was my conscious choice. The knowledge and experience that I received in the armed forces is in demand, because there are many management tasks, there is a need to create a team, very tough tracking the results, that is, you need the practice of solving organizational issues - just what is well established in the armed forces. It is extremely important during the implementation of the project that the integrator is actively involved in the customer's activities, organizes his work, introduces a clear idea of implementation. , the tasks change, but it is still necessary to reach the desired result ", - said S ergey Kanev CNews about himself and his work.
