Start by sketching the shapes of the twins' heads that you will be working on with me. These are practically flowers of life, with a common spine, add guidelines for the face and neck lines.

Step 2.

In this step, we will start sketching out the specific look of the twisted and even melted parts of the face. Just start at the top and draw all the details towards the bottom. The head is clearly deformed by tumors and torn edges of the skin (it is not yet fully visible to us). Add all the small details of the head shape, and then move on to the third step.

Step 3.

Now we can start drawing a face that looks like an eerie hellish mixture of everything. Start with drooping eyes, and then move to the nose and mouth. Add various details where they should be visible to the zombies, making sure that the skin tissue stretches and tears, as in my picture.

Step 4.
