    I got the idea of ​​roasting cauliflower whole on American cooking websites. Because the I love much more than just boiled, then without delay, I created my own version of this simple dish. And now I am sharing with you my recipe for cauliflower lubricated with olive oil with granulated garlic and parsley, with lemon sourness, sprinkled with grated cheese and baked until golden brown. Even my younger daughter Stella ate such baked cauliflower with great pleasure, asking for more and more.

    There are two ways to bake cauliflower: boil until half cooked and bake, or bake wrapped in foil until half cooked, and then, without foil, sprinkled with cheese, until cooked. I did the first way, because it is much faster. And when a child is "on hand", every saved minute matters.
